That is was close to the pool where we had a waterpolo comp on. Nothing else was good.

It was so dirty. The bathroom had mould everywhere. There were marks all over the walls and the shower was disgusting.

Comfortable bed, nice big shower and desk area. Lovely cafe very close by

Musty smell in the room when we 1st entered , we sprayed air fresher and it was ok.No hand towel or sponge to clean coffee cups even though there was dishwashing liquid

When I mentioned that I stayed the week before and I hoped that there would be no Cockroaches, the bloke who was serving me didn't believe me. I said the rooms were clean and comfortable but previously, there were cockroaches

My family only stayed 1 night as a stop over, but it was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant had great food and the staff were lovely

Just a training thing. The bar staff were a bit lost when it came to what was actually behind the bar. We ordered wine that they didn’t have but could tell us what they had and I asked for Canadian Club which they also didn’t have, but later in the night I saw there was another brand of Canadian Whisky, which a good bar person would have told me. Like I said it’s just training.

Pretty much everything about the place was excellent. Clean and comfy room and fabulous steak meal at the bar/ resto

Central location

The name conjures up a slightly false impression. Basically a large pub with an internal reception but all rooms/suites are situated outside.I suppose this is the Australian definition?It is after all an upmarket motel we would recognise?

Quiet. Modern, No windows so only woke by having enough sleep not by outside light. Easy, late checkin available at the pub across the carpark.

Bed was comfortable

The room was not very clean. There were stains on the carpet. The bathroom vanity was stained and the splash back had not been cleaned. There was no shower curtain/door to prevent water from running all over the floor. The room smelt of cigarette smoke

Clean and tidy Staff were great Food I couldn't fault I will be staying here again in the future

Location is great for what we needed

Cutlery and plates were dirty, no where to wash them. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and the water pressure was awful and hard to maintain temperature. It was either super hot or cold. Room service food was not very good. Disappointing stay since last time we stayed in a different room and it was amazing.

Food was great. The room was pretty good as well. Need some maintenance.

There was cockroaches in our microwave and the bathroom definitely needs maintenance. The lights on the roof wouldn’t really work so you couldn’t see anything in the shower was also broken.

My second stay at this hotel - all the staff are very friendly and the room was comfortable.

The shower head, bit hard to navigate it around when turning on shower that’s the only thing, it didn’t move much.

Room was clean, with comfy beds (and pillows) and close to a great place for dinner. The room was quiet with very little noise from other guests in the shared corridor (which is rare). We did hear car doors from the carpark, but in the morning realised our window was slightly open. On a 44 degree day, the air conditioning worked well. Staff at reception were lovely and checkout was simply to just leave keys in the room

The sign in the bathroom reminding guests to not take the appointed appliances was a little off putting, but understand the need behind it. Bathroom possibly needs an update as the metal finishes have signs of corrosion (but also understand this is common in any coastal community)

Great location for our one night stay in Wyong for a show at the Art House. Clean and comfortable room. Old building with modern amenities - nicely done.

The sink in the bathroom was stained.The shower recess has an open space so that the floor gets quite wet - but it’s a small bathroom so can see why it was designed this way. The fridge was not turned on which was a bit strange.

The location

Room was very small and no possibility of opening a window. Constant smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway.

Great location, spacious apartment. Clean & quiet, with parking adjacent to the accommodation. Also great pub/restaurant on site & Coles supermarket, several takeaway restaurants & the local RSL club all within a 5 minute walk.

The bathroom was a little inconvenient. It was nice & big with ample water pressure & a good shower head, but the whole bathroom & toilet was located off the kids room, with the door & wall of the shower entry semi-frosted. One, the noise of the shower & toilet kept the kids awake & even worse, turning the bathroom light on, also lit up the kids room & the semi-frosted glass then became translucent. Not the best design for privacy or low disturbance. Additionally, the TV in the kids room did not work. Attempted several resets to fix it, then reported it to staff who checked it & confirmed that it was broken but were not able to replace it. It would have been nice to have been given one from another room.....

The location and staff are beyond accommodating!

The room was smaller than we thought but the bed was comfy and it had everything we needed. Bathroom small with sink in actual bedroom and was high for a short person. Fridge didn’t have a freezer section so we could keep our ice packs frozen and we are travelling g with medication and food that needs to stay cold. But it was all we needed otherwise

No freezer in fridge and sink wasn’t in the bathroom but in room and was very high
