There was only one working light in the room (a lap over the single bed). Didn¿t realise this until 930pm and no staff around. Disappointed that I couldn¿t use my service NSW vouchers.

It's a very old motel. The bedsheets and room felt like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Dead pests were found around. The pool water was not clean. It's just passable accommodation if you really want to book something and are left with no other options. Uncomfortable bed, paper-thin pillows, and hairs around the toilet and inside the shower. Don't pay for this again in case you have to stay. On top of that, the area is not safe at nighttime for families. Not recommended for families.

It was close to our event and all the facilities we needed, the gentleman that we saw daily was lovely and very helpful. The kids loved the pool,

That we had no facilities to wash the kids' sports uniforms even if we had to pay we would have. the wifi didn't work and had no reception in the room. The rule on arrival was no noise after 9 p.m., which was extremely hard having a autistic child.

For the price we paid it was a bit basic, part of a caravan park and would have been ok at caravan park prices. Broken AC taped up in window, generally felt old and tired. Not good value for money, I think it relies on being the only one in the area.

There’s a microwave, iron with Board, hangers, extra blankets, fridge, aircon and private bathroom.

It was so dirty. Hair on the bed. Floor was dirty- my kids had socks on and within minutes the bottom of their socks were so dirty. Make sure you bring slippers. The bathroom tap had toothpaste marks and sink was not cleaned properly. There was a cockroach and droppings around the beds. Basically they desperately need professional cleaning. I think it’s just an elderly couple that own it and perhaps they can’t see to clean properly or they hire someone that’s taking them for a ride and doing a crap job at cleaning. I don’t think the comforters were changed before our stay. Would never stay there again. I have stayed in many motels across Australia. This was sadly the worst due to it being dirty. I feel so bad to leave bad review but I hope it can help them to fix things. It’s clearly a very old motel. Been painted to make it look nicer but it could do with a makeover inside and a thorough professional cleaning after each and every customer.

The location was convenient. The staff were friendly. We were glad it was dog friendly.

There were hairs in the sheets when I pulled them back to climbed into the bed. We had concerns about the electrical connections in the room, including the fire alarm hanging from the ceiling.

We found the location central to shops and trains. We loved having our dog with us and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Easy to find after driving a long distance to see family, finding easy parking and a welcome place to stay was brilliant.Thank you

There was a domestic dispute overnight with the neighbour. Everybody in the hotel could hear this argument but maybe the staff could have either kicked them out or called the police.

We got to the area early and it was very hot, asked if we were bake to check in early, the lady said she would call us back to confirm, and she did, and were able too. Friendly staff, pool is great for a dip on a hot day.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Located in quiet area close to town.
