    Cons -

    • We were given the pod instead of a room in the main hotel with no prior knowledge. Pods do not have a lift makes it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs with no one to help. Rooms are old and rugged
    • My booked room was inaccessible, 3 sets of key cards and none would open the door. I was given, what they said was an upgrade, to a suite room with a larger lounge area and dining table. But my bed was a down grade from King to Queen.

The pool and recreation facilities were great.

Buffet breakfast was very simple, the rooms were old and the couches had stains all over them. The bathroom was old and the taps in the shower were moving and shaking/broken. There was a teenage soccer group staying the same time and were super noisy and knocking on all the doors. Management did nothing about this even after calling multiple times. My young son was very scared from the amount of noise and knocking on our door.

Great location - loved the interaction with the staff - great food in the restaurant in the evening.

The breakfast was underwhelming and no chance to have coffee before 7 ish. despite a machine being always on next to the reception.

    Clean and spacious

A little tired looking with bathroom

    Pleasant

Tv was broken when we arrived. Called front desk to get a replacement, no one came. Tried again the next day, same thing. Then on checkout, front desk made out like we had broken it

    1. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, their behaviour was excellent. Their instructions around our trip were also highly appreciated. This trip was to celebrate my Father's Birthday and they provided us with amazing rooms, and complementary services.I really appreciated how communicative and kind both the morning and evening staff were. I would definitely visit again just for this. Excellent service!2. The rooms were spacious and had parking right in front of the property. The rooms were also clean and well stocked. Everything was extremely comfortable. 3. The location and the natural view around the golf course was nice and near the town with the cafes.4. There was a beautiful outdoor pool and also the option of an indoor pool.

The TV was not connected to WiFi so we could not utilise it, but it was a minor issue which possibly required technical repair.

The location and set up of the family rooms was wonderful. Very spacious and accommodating.

The beds felt like sleeping on the floor, they could do with a soft topper at the very least. The shower in the ensuite is leaking and the curtain was falling down. Wish it was a little more affordable considering there really isn’t any other options in Rocky Point,

Staff members are awesome! And the restaurant food in the hotel is delicious. The view is also really nice if you have a room facing the golf course. And having lunch or dinner in the balcony outside of the restaurant is beautiful, the sunset looks gorgeous from there.

The internet pictures of the rooms looked nicer than in real life. There was a bad smell in the building where our room was located. The bed was not comfortable for a couple to sleep as the division of the two single beds was really sharp and bad for the back. There is no room service, guest need to pay extra $30 for it, however in other hotels with the same price, usually room service is included. The carpet looks a bit dirty and ves frame looks old. Overall, the room did not look as fresh as the photos, some housekeeping will make the experience nicer.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Good bar and restaurant overlooking the golf course. Nice big pool.

Not close to any entertainment or facilities other than the golf course and the racetrack.

Room was very comfortable, particularly the bed.

Stairs were dark and there was no safety strip on the ends.

I’m like staying in the main building, cause it had an underground car park

It was very nice, but it was also very expensive

    4BrettPosted on: 12-18-2025

I was giving the worst room looking at carpark on bottom floor! I was hoping to make this my regular hotel to stay when I'm Central Coast for business but the room was so dated! So I probably won't stay again.

The room was very dated The hotel was not busy Why did they give the worst room? The restaurant & bar was a weird experience!!!
