Nice and clean and convenient with just the right amount of everything

Only the stairs getting up and down, due to injuries

Easy to find, plenty of parking, my two kids and I had plenty of space and we all thought the beds were comfy.Clean bathroom and a spacious bench as a kitchenette. We also ate dinner in the bistro / pub and had the platter which was delicious! New menu which was a mixture enough for 3 people - highly recommended. Sorry I dont remember the guy behind the bar's name but he was polite, helpful and leaving was hassle free as we left early before opening.

Dessert Menu, I get there was a new menu, but even basic dessert would have been good. We did see a cake display cabinet so guessing there were cakes available at some stage even ice cream

From The Moment we arrived The Staff were friendly and made us Wellcome.They gave us the Key showed us where to park told us about the Bistro and showed us the Menu and said if there is any thing we need to ask.Fantastic Service

Good space as there was a single bed with the king. Bed was comfortable. Good bistro in the attached Hotel.

Room service (eg emptying bin, replenishing the tea etc) wasn't offered, though we decided not to request it for our 3 night stay.

Location was good. The only positive feature.Kettle worked.Air con worked.

Room #10 is not private. Of the 4 windows in the room, only 1 had a complete set of vertical blinds. The window overlooking a public area had 2 slats missing- people can watch you while you sleep (see photo) with no other option to block the window. Found this out after arriving back from the concert, so skipped staying there and drove the 3 hours home instead. Not worth it.Bathroom also not very clean. Soap scum everywhere.Toilet roll holder disintegrated as soon as it was touched.Phoned the day before for a midday checkin, even though we were aware of the 2pm checkin time, but it doesnt hurt to ask as we were driving 3 hours from Wollongong. Gentleman on the phone said it was no issue. Upon arrival, the lady refused and said "read your paperwork, it says 2pm." So we headed back to the car and advised some other people of what just happened. They came out not longafterward and told us that their friend just checked in after us.

Bed are old and hard. The place was not that clean and the room smell

If you book a pub motel you expect it to be noisy, either the patrons, music etc. The floor was dirty esp in the corners of bathroom and behind doors verticals missing on all windows.

Great location, very clean and quiet.

its very reasonably priced affordable its not a high end facility. you get what you pay for. BUT its good value ive payed as much and sharde bathrooms uncomfotable beds not as clean. Its a good place to stay comfotable and clean.

Don't take any notice of the photos , they must have been taken a long , long time ago . The place is run down and grubby , especially the verandahs around the building . The place needs a deep clean and a new fitout .

Pretty basic but met the need for 1 night

Good value for money and close to the venue I was attending. Easy to check in and the bar staff were lovely.

Not many ammenities (no shampoo/conditioner etc), but for the price I wasn't expecting any. Just make sure you go prepared. Tea, coffee and milk were provided.

Absolutely nothing

The car park is a joke, the noise and fighting from the pub and I booked a room for 3 people 2 adults and a child and given one fork for 3 people what a joke
