I got put in a noisy corner

The room smelled fresh and inviting. Had a very good shower. Modern air conditioner.

Very small but clean bathroom. Could have had warmer bedding.

It was super clean and comfy. The shower was very good pressure and nice and hot. Best of all, lovely Bec, the manager. What a warm and welcoming lady.

The staff were friendly.

There was a big puddle of water at the front door, that you had to step in to get inside, so we walked water through the smallest motel room I've ever been to.The room smelt like wet mold. We were in the room for approx 2 minutes before we decided to go and stay at a different motel.The bed was so hard to even sit on.We could only sit on either the 1 chair provided, or the bed.

Clean , great shower and easy to locate.Rebecca very friendly and waited for us after arriving late and being unable to contact us. ?

Room was tiny but I was by myself so it didn't matter Bed was ok.Bathroom tiny.Clean and staff were incredible!

Windows on both sides of my room I felt a bit vulnerable but just kept everything shut

The lady managing the motel was fantastic, what a great lady with a great sense of humor

The shower was a bit dodgy and the microwave didn’t work , but otherwise good

Very basic motel but value for money. Lady at reception (sorry didn't get her name) was wonderful, extremely friendly and very helpful. The only negative was the traffic noise.

The hostess, Bec (I think I have remembered that correctly!) was an absolute gem and made us feel so welcome. To be honest, she made the stay for us - though neat, tidy and renovated, the place had definite ‘lonely bachelor’ vibes. Bec was bright and enthusiastic, and her presence made it feel safe.

Easy to access location, clean room with everything you need for a restful night- perfect stop in after a long work trip. Special shout out to Bec, I was in the area during some bad weather and she was extremely helpful and thoughtful assisting me navigate the area in dangerous conditions. Much appreciated ???

Couldn’t get parking as the parking space allocated was too tight to park as carpark was full

Price and was very clean

As non smokers the fact ashtrays were outside the rooms meant that smokers smoked outside our room and it wafted in. We prefer non smoking hotels so for this reason alone we wouldn’t stay there again. Single storey motel part of the building is very dated externally but inside was clean. Bathroom floor tiles were very slippery.

Deluxe Room was comfortable, clean but compact. Manager very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Bec is amazing the room was so clean, quiet but Bec is the most friendly person you will ever meet

Very friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to the Muswellbrook pool with indoor waterslide and outdoor Olympic pool. Central location, close to Workers Club, RSL, fast food restaurants and service stations.

Room was small, but we were only using it for sleeping. The road noise prevented us from sleeping with the window open to enjoy the cool breeze during the night, but the noise is unavoidable so close to the highway and the air conditioner worked fine.

Basic clean all u need for overnight accommodation. Manager was the friendliest i have ever met.

The lady was welcoming and humoures.Nothing was a problem. She was approachable.The room was compact and nice.Overnight stay so good.

The room, a family room was very small and it was cramped.
