- Accommodation was perfect. The manager was fantastic. Very inviting. Great location. Very clean room. Excellent hot water and pressure. Nothing to fault
- Friendly efficient service. Spotlessly clean, tidy & comfortable room.. Free upgrade. This must be the smallest motel in Muswellbrook but don't let that fool you - it ticks all the boxes. I'll definitely be recommending to friends & family.
Cons -
- The bats being very close to the motel. Cracks on the sink.
- Nothing at all to fault. Was fantastic value for money.
- Bats roosting nearby - no fault of the owners, just a bit noisy at times.A message sent thru Booking.com wasn't answered- I had to call direct to have my enquiry answered.

Located conveniently to where we wanted to be at and the room was well appointed for our needs. It was fairly typical of similar roadside motels and was quiet and comfortable. The swimming pool was a welcome relief from the heat of day.
There could have been some better furniture and shade options at the pool.
Good location, clean room, good night’s sleep
I found the location really handy. The staff were very helpful and the room met with my expectations. I'd be happy to stay again ?
Location, rooms well appointed.
The TV would be better on the other wall

Exceptional comfort and service. Very clean. Best night's sleep for ages .... and the air-conditioning worked perfectly.
Location was excellent near to town and the staff were super helpful and friendly
Nothing a excellent stay
Staff and room are great .Position is good .
Description of facilities is a little misleading, eg, kitchenette is only microwave for reheating ,no toaster or stove. Cooking not permitted in rooms Does have tea and coffee making facilities and plates ,cups and other eating utensils .Suggest review of Description.
The pool was great staff friendly
Fruit bats during the night from a big tree next to the motel.....it's out of control of the motel but were very noisy
Convenient location Very cleanObliging staff
Good location. Newly refurbed comfortable room with microwave, cutlery & crockery.
Some minor road traffic noise, noisy air conditioner.

Comfortable and cozy. Great shower and friendly service.
A little small, but it was cozy
Easy to find, greeted nicely with good communication by txt before arrival, rooms where clean, well maintained and adored the little friends out the back.
The room was very clean and well stocked and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I found the bed to be uncomfortable (room 2). Too soft and unsupportive for me.
Owner very helpful
very small room. Had to sit on bed to watch TV which was at 90 degrees to bed.Could hear trucks changing gears during the night even though at back unit.Bed firm
Friendly staff. Room exceeded my expectations. Convenient location
