Clean room with comfortable beds. Extras like toaster, bowls, cutlery.

This place was like Fawlty Towers. We went to open the curtains and the whole curtain rod with all the curtains collapsed onto us. My 80 year old partner and I struggled to get it back up because reception was closed. None of the windows opened so we had to leave the door open for fresh air. The bathroom was straight out of the 1950s complete with rusty basin sink hole. The walls look like painted asbestos cement sheeting. The air-conditioner was immovably set on 17 degrees.etc etc

Not a lot. Uncomfortable old bed.

Room far too small. Old fashioned bathroom etc. One side of the double bed no more than 30cm from the wall. Had trouble getting out of bed and standing up.Would rate about one ( 1 ) star.

Room was well equipped, neat and clean. Shower was warm and powerful spray.

Our Queen Room was small but adequate. It was clean, well equipped and very good value for money. Highly recommended for a short stay for budget travellers

One chair showed obvious (but unimportant) wear-and-tear.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent.

Available TV was very basic, didn't even have free to air catch up channels. There was complementary tea and coffee but there was no milk provided.

The heating was good. A generous fridge if you were planning to stay for a few days. Huge shower.

very cold room, even with heater on highest setting. Uncomfortable bed. Dated room and furniture, no heater in bathroom, noisy from next room.

The rooms were well equipped and clean. Although the motel rooms have been around a while, (I love the retro bathroom tiles!) they are well cared for and the hosts have thought about what a traveller needs in their room. Lots of nice touches like extra pillows, blankets, plenty of toiletries and a microwave as well as a fridge and kettle, along with plates, bowls, cutlery etc.Also the shower was great!The staff member at check in was very friendly and called to check my arrival when I was getting close to the check in cut off. He also offered information on getting food locally late at night when I arrived.

Unbelievably worst customer service, changed our reservation en route

Having the reservation changed while we were en route, causing us to have to continue another 2 hours, whilst exhausted, to Temora.

Staff were nice, rooms was clean and tidy

Beds not comfortable, when another guest used shower at same time the pressure dropped and was hard to regulate the heat

I liked that they offered a full set of cutlery and a tea towel but that's pretty much it. The manager was friendly.

Rooms are so old and stinky. There's a smell of old sewerage seeping out of the bathroom, which is literally right next to the bed. Neither of us slept and we couldn't wait to get out of there

Bathroom was not clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. Overall, very run down and old motel.

It was clean and tidy. Needs upgrading. With saying that it was only rated 3 stars so not bad

Mattress firm not to my liking

Clean smelling room, clean linen on bed and clean towells. TV worked.

Carpets could do with a clean.
