Hospitality very good. Clean. Nothing left to be desired.

The room was very clean and had lots of space to move around in. There was also a pool and restaurant on site which we used.

The crockery shelf was way up high, too high for me to reach.

Clean rooms, great showers

Stairs, carrying with suitcases, otherwise good.

Spacious, quiet room. Great location and easy walk for meals

Spotless room. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water in the rainwater head shower. Kitchenette had micro, toaster and kettle with tea and coffee etc. Good size fridge and fresh milk for the stay. Large tv. Restaurant was fantastic. Sitting by the fire and the best steak. Lovely atmosphere. Didn't use the pool as it's winter. Aircon worked whisper quiet. Good location didn't hear any noise.

Clean and quiet

The big breakfast I ordered was very ordinary. It looked burnt after being cooked on a dirty hotplate or bbq. Never again .

Very comfortable stay with lots of room and great bed. Very helpful staff and even helped to have dinner delivered.

The Motel apartment was very spacious and comfortable, it had all we needed and was super clean and really great. The late check-in (after 6pm) was communicated well and instructions were very clear. Overall, a great stay.

We ate dinner at the restaurant which is part of the Motel and that was not a good experience. We waited for our meals for over an hour (!), there was no apology of any kind and when I mentioned it at the end (the waitress asked me how it was) - instead of apologizing or providing any reason in a nice manner, the waitress said 'you saw how busy it was!' - and that was it. And it was just a medium sized room with tables, no people queuing outside to get in, nothing extraordinary, we'd seen restaurants way busier before and much more polite. And the prices were way too high for the quality of this place and service. Overall really not a good experience and we don't recommend this place to eat, it was a waste of time and money.

Nice clean comfortable room. Spacious. Bed was very comfy. Staff friendly. Great location.

The food at the restaurant was amazing. The shower was wonderful and when you walked into the room you could smell how clean it was. Amazing

The bed was a little to soft for my liking

Excellent customer service. We got there a little early but the room was ready and all good to go. Location was great. We also had a trailer so they provided us parking for both the car and trailer with no hesitation.

The garden cottage is very spacious with a lovely view of the garden.

Some chips were left out which we ate but then realised we had to pay for them, which wasn't initially obvious.

Sound of shower from room above. Lights above bed are like spotlights, terrible for one person reading whilst the other is trying to sleep. Restaurant closed.

Location was good. Was only there for the night and left early morning so did not experience the hotel to its full extent

Nothing. Staff and amenities i could not comment on. i never met the staff nor experienced any amenities so i gave them a neutral response above.

The thunderbird has fully revamped rooms that were built in an earlier era. Than means very spacious rooms and with all the amenities including a kitchen.

Firm or soft bed? - that is a personal preference. My wife likes a softer bed - I like a firmer one. The bed was soft. I never think to ask if some rooms have beds with different firmness.

This is a very good motel - our room was spacious, well maintained, clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff are very nice. Staying here is a pleasure, we have been here before and we will come again.

Good location on the edge of the town centre. Comfortable room & bed. Great shower. Park at door.

Restaurant was a bit pricey.

Our room was exceptionally clean & the beds were extremely comfortable, great central location. Everyone was very friendly & accommodating as we had a funeral to attend & was able to access our room earlier than 2pm, which was really helpful. Will definitely be staying there again
