A modern unit that was comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The parking is secure and the lift is speedy. All good.

Aircon fan didn't work properly in room and gym temperature was too cold but couldn't adjust temp as temp adjustment had been locked.

Booked and paid on booking.com when we arrived at the Quest said they were booked out. We had to find somewhere else to stay .

It was a quick one night stay, but the bed, shower, room, wifi were all wonderful. Parking on the street was easy (we chose not to use the secure parking). Walking distance to restaurants, so it was super convenient.

Spacious apartment with all mod cons. Breakfast was not available; very handy restaurant nearby.

I got locked out of my room with my 4 year old for half an hour due to the batteries needing to be changed in the door for the key to work. On the back of the key, only the main number was provided and not the local reception desk phone number so I had to wait on hold to be transferred. When staff answered, they didn't speak until I did and weren't very professional with their phone etiquette. Staff member told me that next time I can just press '9' on the room phone to reach reception.. I was locked out of the room. The rooms are not sound proof at all. We could hear our neighbors and people in the hallways quite loudly and the noise from the elevator. It was disappointing to discover that a dishwasher and washing machine were only included in the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and not in the suite. This wasn't reflected when I booked. For the price of my stay and the facilities available, it would have been nice if secure parking wasn't an extra cost. the internal door unlocks when the handle is used and this isn't able to be stopped, Created an issue for me due to my 4 year old being able to let herself out of the room. Kitchen area was dusty and aircon filter hadn't been changed.

Easy check in and comfortable room.

There was a smell in the room like a hospital cleaner had been used. Not awful but not what you were want.

It was close to town

It was extremely dirty, the bathroom floor was especially filthy. We stayed in a long weekend and while I know there were public holidays I also think hotels should have people working because that’s when people go away. Our room was never cleaned and we never had fresh towels. Also the giant white tail spiders were concerning with small children and I’m guessing they knew spiders were an issue as there was a can of spider spray, as were all the thick cobwebs all over the doors

My pillow, it was a good pillow just a bit to high for me

No Milk even in the room ,girl on reception said we could come down to the front desk to get some (in pj's as early morning) the offered 2 tiny little UFT's of milk??

our room wasnt cleaned bed unmade so no clean towels coffee milk etc , we rang to ask why and they said they gave priority to incoming guests , we asked for fresh towels they gave us 2 , and a few coffee sachets,we have stayed here a few times and this has never happened beforewe had gone to act for the day and come back to nothing being done even though the cleaners were outside our room when we left

Clean and convenient, with everything once could need. Check in with Beth was superb. Warm, and welcoming - really set the tone for good service!!
