The shower was nice & hot & if not for the below easy fix problems we would recommend & be happy to stay there again.

The curtains did not cover the windows properly, so the light came in all night. The air conditioner did not heat the room sufficiently & there were no electric blankets on the bed to compensate.

Nothing! The facilities were suspect but acceptable at first glance.....BUT I handed back the key after finding out they were expecting up to 300 for a live music night that went til 3am. There was no warning in the listing and it wasn't mentioned when I arrived. I found out by accident. I requested a refund but no response. Appalling.....

Reasonable value

The noise coming from the hotel was so loud I could not get to sleep until it stopped at 3:00am. At 12:00pm I went down stairs to request it to stop. The guy at the bar turned it down but only slightly. The volume from my bed room, even when he turned it down, was still too loud for me to get to sleep.

That one night outta 2 we could sleep

On the night of our stay, a DJ event was held within the hotel from approximately 10:00 pm until 3:00 am. The noise level was extreme and ongoing, to the point that our hotel room was physically shaking, including the windows and the floor. As a result, it was impossible to sleep or rest for the duration of the night.At no stage were we notified of this event, either at the time of booking or during check-in. Had we been made aware of such significant noise disturbances, we would not have proceeded with the booking. The lack of disclosure is unacceptable and misleading, particularly for guests who reasonably expect hotel accommodation to provide a quiet environment overnight.

Central location. The bathroom was good.

The bed room was rudimentary with the smallest TV I have seen, a poorly fitted window, no clothes hanging to speak of. But that’s nothing compared to the thumping bass coming from the lower floor making sleep very difficult even with the supplied ear plugs!!!

Will not stay in this...

Sceptic water was odorous throughout the day and night. Ear plugs were on the pillow. Loud music could be heard and felt through the room This was not stated at the time of booking. TV reception was poor.

Late night check in but that's about it

The DJ I was told was a live singer played music untill 3am so loud our bed shook the staff were very rude and the rooms were filthy

We did not like anything about this accommodation and i am surprised that your company endorsed this business. The rooms are substandard and the location is not conducive to sleep and a good night's rest...which was the sole purpose of booking the accommodation. We spoke to the staff and they were happy to refund. We would respectfully ask for a full refund, including your margins/commissions. We have4 been a long time user of your platform but on this occasion, you have let us down.

Not much, but it was very clean!

It was very old, paint peeling from the walls, windows without fly screens so couldn’t be left open. Rooms were tiny. Only 1 chair in each room when there were three people staying. No table to sit at. It was just a bed in a room.

Air conditioning unit was noisey and didn’t work properly. Other guests were loud slamming doors and could get to sleep at all.

The staff were friendly There was a lovely book in the TV stand on fashion/punk rock icon Stephen Sprouse.

The room was so noisy that the hotel supplied earplugs. The noise didn’t stop till the hotel closed at 3am. It was so noisy that the room vibrated with the noise. To get to the room you had to up 2 flights of external stairs in the rain.There was no bedside light.The TV was too small to view from the bed, and probably wouldn’t have been audible over the noise.Aircon very weak and noisy.Bathroom a bit smelly.Something in the room gave me hay fever. There were no tissues to help me deal with thee hay fever. All this would be fine if mentioned in the accommodation description.

Super clean and fresh beddings and sheet. Nice supportive staff.

A very basic standard of accomodation. Paint is peeling, beet cans on the stairs, windows propped open with a soap container

For a very old building that needs a little tlc, the room was very clean, great shower, biscuits, bottled water, and plenty of milk for a cuppa. The bed was comfortable, too.

While I book they says they have Safe parking . After arriving they no have any safe parking . I have traveled with my van with full of power tools worth with 30000$ . And I have drive the van more then 11 hours and after arrived I found no have safe parking . Booking app found me another hotel after 3 hours . But I didn’t receive refound.

N/A This old pub doesn't serve any food items at the time we went, maybe in the future it will change,There is such an abundance of food choices within 5 minutes walking it didn't matter.
