Friendly and knowledgeable staff advising of when the best time to book for next time I need to stay around my activities.Comfy bed and very clean bathrooms and towels.Ample off street parking.Thai Restaurant on premises.

The bed was comfortable

Smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling. Chairs were torn. Paint on ceiling in bathroom was flaking off.

Room was basic motel accommodation; a little pricey but very clean and reasonably quite given the main road location. The restaurant in the motel was excellent. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Spacious room, clean, well serviced and comfortable. As both my wife and I have problems with knees we requested a ground floor unit which was provided.

As we were staying with a number of friends it would have been good if there had been a covered area with seats where we could all meet talk etc.

Had on-site restaurant.

Strong smell of cleaning product upon entering the room. Smell went away fairly quickly.

Comfortable, convenient and easy access to the car.

The shower was amazing but water gets everywhere.

Great stay.. comfortable bed. Room very roomy..I would happily have this as my go to place to stay in Goulburn

Close to Hungry Jacks so I could get a bubble gum storm

That I tried to book into the restaurant at 6.00pm with our disabled daughter & was told that I would have to come back at 8.00pm. Not good, not helpful, no concern.

Great location, large room and parking at the front door of the room. Fantastic meals at the restaurant. Best accommodation in Goulburn.

- clean room and bathroom- close to downtown on foot- back room quiet- plenty of car space

- keys left under the room mat, reception not open, nobody to welcome us when we arrived at 17:45. - room not exactly as shown on photos (furnitures are older)- only 1 mini bottle of shower gel and shampoo for 2 people- no hair dryer - only 1 water glass for 2 people

Room was clean and quite big. It was better than we expected and was very comfortable unfortunately there were no facilities available to use when we stayed (bar, restaurant, lounge) although there was a coffee/breakfast van adjacent to the motel we could have used. The pool did look good although we didn't use it.

The lack of any facilities to unwind or have a drink other than in our room.

Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Restaurant was exceptional.

The room was large and clean making for a comfortable night.

A smile can make a difference

When we checked in, there was no pleasantries or information about the property or surrounds. No smile was raised and the key simply passed over the counter.Room was supposed to be "deluxe" however chairs had vinyl peeling off and the cushion on the bed smelt of cigarette smoke.

Young lady on reception was very pleasant. The room felt very clean. The room had plenty of space, table and chairs, luggage rack, ample storage and sofa.The location is a couple of minutes walk to town. Plenty of parking even though No Vacancy sign on.

The middle aged man on reception would be advised to put his phone down and make eye contact with guests on departure. Very off-putting.The bed comfort was ok but not particularly the greatest. The door to the balcony in our upstairs room had a broken lock.

Quiet and clean. Good location

We have stayed here before. The room is not big but clean. It had everything we needed. There is a sofa, good sized TV, a small fridge, coffee and Tee making area with some cookies. The bed was comfortable. There is space to hang clothing also.Shower Gel and Soap is also provided.

Toilet paper could be a bit thicker.

Great sized room, very clean and close to city centre.

Only worked out it had a rear entry off a side street late in the stay as I was doing laps to get back to front driveway

It’s location

We were on the 2nd floor…had to lug suitcases up there through the lobby and up the stairs. Not good for people in their eighties. No assistance was offered.

Comfortable bed and good size room

Need a new shower rose in the bathroom.
