Waiting for hot water to take a shower for more than 15 mins to let the water run. Shower room’s water run to the entire tile floor of the bathroom, when I used the basin to wash my hands, the water run everywhere

Large crack in bathroom vanity basin - cleaner should have notified office. When i advised the front office - No record :)When asked where our room was located ( it is a large complex) - oh , it's over there somewhere - not what I was expecting from such an established brand

Great room, breakfast was standard & well presented.

Reception wasn't busy but check in was slow.

Room was well appointed, clean & close to car. Loved easy access power point between beds for charger

Bed was way too soft, really unsuitable as I have back injuryWould have liked a wall hook for towels

Staff was very helpful and went extra mile to help

1. Hot water took a while to come2. No pool 3. Aircon for one room didn't work proper 4. breakfast buffet didnt have variety

Great location, just off the highway and close to town. Handy eateries close by. We also caught the shuttle bus to the club.

A trivial matter but the number of bright lights from the appliances were annoying for sleeping .

Disappointing

There was no hot water in the morning resulting in being forced to have a cold shower, not what I expected for the price I paid. Advised reception on check out, no discount offered.

Very convenient for travellers between Melbourne and Sydney.

The restaurant was over priced.so we didn't eat there.

Stayed a couple of times while attending events at the nearby racetrack.The staff were nice, and the rooms were great too.Nice and close to the nearby cafes/bakeries too.

Motel seemed brand new so everything was perfect. The Big Merino and a yummy Bakery were nearby so very convenient.

Room is clean and aircon worked well

The single bed I slept in was too soft I suspect old. Worst bed I have slept in a hotel.

Staff were really friend. Lovely large room with comfy bed, nice big spay bath and close to the big Merino and plenty of food options. Would definitely stay again.

Location, layout, big bathroom, cleanliness, convenience to bakery, petrol station, restaurant etc. Great parking.

Transactional welcome at reception. A gym would have been good.

Table under tv too large for room and ironing board needed a new cover

The room was large with good air-conditioning.

Restaurant dinner was at the top end of pricing.

Massive shower and very clean room. Great value for a 2 room stay

Restaurant was closed but as we booked on short notice we weren't aware. Although staff was helpful in suggesting nearby establishments.
