Best Western Plus Goulburn

Nice dining room for a drink and breakfast. The sitting area was lovely sitting in the sun reading the papers.

I did not like the fact that I was rung to see when I was coming as the room was already pre-paid and its a 24 hour reception. Also though the room was paid months previously I was asked for the same card that I booked with which I didn't have with me.

My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and you could set the aircon for each room, which was fantastic. It was a two story gabled-style apartment which we liked. It was on the second floor, accessed via stairs, but that was fine for us. We slept great and it was nice to have a living room to chat in. The bath was a real treat and the staff were friendly. It was an easy stay and we would stay again.

The bathroom configeration was perfect with the shower and toilet seperated by frosted glass.

The accommodation is spacious and has everything we needed including a kitchenette and courtyard for the 6 days we stayed. It is well suited for family stay

Bed was great, big TV that you can cast to, shower was good and can park right outside your unit..

Mini bar not required in a family room and can't have 4 people seated around the table.

All presented by knowledgeable staff. Room was well supplied and clean. The only thing we missed was more USB outlets. Everyone traveling these days requiring multiple cables and chargers for their ever increasing collection of "Must Haves". We will stay there again. The one aspect that needs attention is the restaurant. On-line this hotel/motel highlights its highly acclaimed meals, when in fact, the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Instead we were sent to the Mercure hotel downtown in Goulburn.

Lots of space, loved having a kitchen. Super convenient having upstairs and downstairs to separate if needed. Loved the layout of the room, good aircon when needed.

It was very stuffy in the rooms, had to open the door/windows to let air in. The bathroom was very cramped, not much room to even sit down in the toilet without hitting the door. The pillows provided were very uncomfortable.

Beds were comfortable and room was nice and clean. Very easy to relax

The floor in the shower was strange

The receptionist staff were very friendly, the size of the apartment was great, a very comfortable bed, and the unit was spotless.Location was excellent with a short walk to the CBD.

I would have liked a chopping board and lifter to be able prepared a microwave meal

There was only 1 bathroom for all of us.

We stayed in three 3-bedroom apartments. The rooms were big, nice, and clean.

However, we wish they had one extra toilet for the 8 people's accommodation.

The company was better than the room, saying that the porno window in the bathroom was excellent

Front desk was under staffed, took nearly 20 minutes to check in...the phone was ringing the whole time. I offered to answer it but the lady didn't seem interested

Staff were fantastic and super helpful to us arriving late. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Nice spacious family room. Quiet, clean, black out curtains. Central location. Friendly, efficient staff.

Beds were too soft for my liking - although others were happy with them. Frosted glass loo door seemed unnecessary.

How close it was to the main stretch of Goulburn shops/pubs all walking distance! Staff were amazing and helpful especially friendly which made our stay even better!

Absolutely nothing we were blown away! Just gorgeous, spacious and accomodate to our exact needs. Also felt very safe and secure.

I know I paid a reduced rate, but little things were missing. Eg bedside lamps.

The bathroom area was downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs.

The staff were very accommodating, the facilities were good and the over all ease of use was great when travelling with elderly parents
