Renovations underway with building material scattered about. Greeted by a resident cockroach on arrival.

Great big screen tv, modern attractive decor, very comfortable bed. Great room.

Two ply toilet paper. (Why is this not banned)

The hotel was dirty , not just our room but also the public areas . The bathroom extractor fan sounded like a jet engine , and the towels were almost threadbare . The "white" net curtains at the windows were grey and gritty . Awful place .

Overall feeling was very dingy.

Staff seem unhappy from get go. And tip if you get locked out your room between 9pm n 9am. Tough luck

Comfortable room, had the basics, convenient location, trouble free check in, what's not to like?

It would be nice if the shower had a removable head. Bunnings sells one that screws onto the existing fitting for about $32 each. Your guests will thank you, I'm sure.

Location to the Railway Station

our booking specified a ground floor room. Initially we were given a first floor room with not working TV. It took a while but eventually we got a different room.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it's a good location.

We had a double room ( double bed only), and it was a very small room.

Location.

The shower leaked all the time. 44 stairs to climb up to top of 2nd floor. The bed is on wheels and moves around.

Staff were lovely, budget hotel but comfortable.

Beds need sheets that fit properly and bathroom needs hand towels also light needed on both sides of bed. WiFi would not connect.

Hosts were wonderful. Very obliging. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We left early so can not rate any food etc.

Lovely old victorian building. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Easy to find. Friendly staff.

Non secure carpark. Keep you're cars locked/secured completely.

No hand towel, no spare pillows, tv remote didn’t work.

Not enough cutlery, no milk ,no seating. No hand towel, shower mat, tea towel.

Easy to find, has parking and easy after hours check in.

Extremely dirty. Hairs, mould, stains.. and so on.

The mattress on the bed was comfortable.

Will list in dot points - reception and entire building smelling like marijuana. - cockroach poo on the window gonn and in the room- Human faeces over the walls in the bathroom around the toilet mainly- mould all over the shower curtain and on the roof- Lack of security on the windows, using a piece of timber as a security latch on the window runner to stop window being opened from outside - person affects from precious person still in room including deodorant. - empty bottle of body wash shampoo to use in the bathroom.

I'm fine with basic for a cheap room, but there were stains on the sheets, terrible TV reception, mismatched furniture and pillow cases, grubby bathroom drawers and bodgy wall and ceiling damage in the bathroom. Would not stay again.

Booking online I didn’t get the opportunity to request ground floor or no steps, I was rushed so may be my fault
