Disappointed and angry

Run down, dirty , even the car park was dirty and unmaintained. If i had not pre booked and paid i would not have gone anywhere near this placeTurned on the shower and the snell made me retch. Revolting

Modern clean bathroom and vanity.

Bed covers and pillows need a good soak in Vanish Liquid Napisan or something.

Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful reception. Simple but generous breakfast included. Close to the Gordon Hotel.

Grounds need a bit of maintenance. A little bit out of town but this is the case with most value motels in Goulburn.

Decent location. Clean enough.

The breakfast was basic toast and cereal. Stayed in a room under the stairs that lead to the second floor- exceptionally noisy with people going up and down. Receptionist highly opinionated and judgmental about children using devices and didnt hold back in telling me so.

Couldn’t sit up in bed as rolled away from wall, clothes hangers missing

Comfortable convenience

Bathroom is tiny. Restaurant not open. Pillows could use an update

The room was good although the bathroom was very small.Breakfast was ok, bread for toast was thin and very dry. Cereal choice was good.

The motel grounds could do with a bit of love to brighten them up.

Good location, receptionist was friendly

Very dirty. We had a pet room so don’t expect it to be amazing but we’ve travelled with our pet a lot and have had a lot cleaner rooms at other motels. The shower wasn’t cleaned, there were ants in the room, the bed cover had stains and the bowl supplied dirty.

Overall lovely stay. Easy checkin. Very clean tidy. Easy onsite parking. Comfy bed enjoyable stay.

More bench space in bathroom if possible to place clothes. The shower could do with a bigger drain as filled quickly.

The shower space was a bit small, I'm big, but managed OK and the room rate was great so not complaining too much.

Reasonable value

room did not have lounge chairs. Kitchen kettle had white sludge suggesting it was used for cooking. Booking indicated included breakfast but none to be seen. Query on wi-fi security via bookings.com as two dodgy scam attempts using Booking.com logo.

Brilliant place to have pets. They are legitimately pet friendly, as opposed to others who claim that but are just barely pet tolerant.

The walls are a little thin and the neighbours were loud talkers. It made it difficult for my dog to settle.

Reception staff was really friendly and welcoming. Great location and good, clean facilities.

Looks like room was recently renovated. Vinyl floor makes it very pet friendly. Close to local pub.

Air conditioning

Lots of food scraps under bed look like not been clean there in a long while ants in the bathroom no fork knives spoons one saucer smelt of animals in the room didn't know it was pet friendly barking will not stay there again no extra pillow or blankets very poor

friendly staff who were happy to make accommodations, room was a good size.

the room wasn't as clean as i would have liked. it is a pet hotel, so there was a bit of pet hair around. I was unaware of this when booking.

Bad

Room was very small and could here the adjoining room clearly through a door.Wiped water off the floor the next morning and towel was black indicating the floor had not been mopped for some time.

The manager was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in shower.

The breakfast wasn't inviting. A real coffee machine and enough bread and cereal for guests.

Dirty and smelly

Dirty, smelly rooms. Had to clean very obvious things myself. In much needed upgrade. Lounge was filthy and pretty old. No powerpoints in bedroom.
