They are so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was well presented and the rooms are modern and beautifully cleaned. Will stay with them again.,

Good location, near shops and station, older style building and small room but satisfactory, bathroom clean and good size, the shower had a raised wall which i like because with a lot of showers these days the water goes all over the bathroom floor and this is much better, I locked myself out of the room and the reception wasnt open although the sign said it should have been, having said that everyone who staying was there had arrived by then and when i rang number the guy came straight away to help, even coming from another place, so excellent service

the location ended up a bit noisy at night with overnight train and some highway traffic not far away

I like the location. The air conditioning worked well.

The bed was too soft for me and had very little sleep.

The shower had good strong pressure bed comfortable

The room is small ,cleaners need to up there game cause round skirting boards n top of bedhead dusty.in the bathroom cobwebs on window.nowhere to boil kettle except on bed side table nowhere to plug toaster in rooms were better before ..very dissapointed.

Meals were not included. Shower was hot with fantastic pressure.

Room very small, and not a lot of storage for bags, etc. Old & tired, but in fairness, they're in the process of redecorating and modernizing the rooms. No plug for bathroom basin, and difficult to plug in kettle due to position of power points and microwave

Comfortable and clean. Management allowed us to have our car and trailer inside, not on the street. Close to CBD, shop, cafes etc

Very poor

Small room, nowhere to sit comfortably. 2nd floor, inconvenient as we are not young and struggled to get our luggage to the room. Asked for a ground level unit but told we had to pay more, the motel was not full, not good.

Suitable room for an overnight stay. Bed's were comfortable with additional blankets if needed. Had a small kitchenette with sufficient provisions. Reasonably quiet.

A little dated, but adequate for our stay.

Central location and well priced

Had to go up stairs to room … that wasn’t in the description and when I questioned them they wanted extra money even though they were available!Parking was difficult.

The best thing I liked about the property was the cleaner Jill. She was absolutely wonderful as for anybody else I spoke to not so good

I pre-booked. I had to pay an extra hundred dollars to have my show Dogs sleep in the car as they normally do on any other trip. Had to argue to get a spot to park another car when a van took up three parking spaces. If it wasn't for the cleaner who was absolutely lovely I would've just said give me a refund. I'm going the room was extremely small for a family room. There was no milk in the fridge. Shower dripped all night.

Location good but room was very ordinary needs a good renovation to it get up to standard more like a pub room, the accommodation was not up to the price I played

Poor maintenance including missing toilet roll holder, dirty exhaust fan, loose shower hot tap, loose bathroom cabinet door handle, protruding screws and wall plugs, dust on surfaces like power points and bathroom tiles, hair dryer not on its mount.

Pillow and bed were wonderful

Called on way and told 2 rooms booked for the night and 1 following night when my app had all 3 on correct night and paid for. No smoke alarm- removedAc on timer and could only change with rest button.

I stayed here 51 years ago. Nothing has changed other than a new bed, upgraded tv,fridge,microwave, and a couch in a not so good state.

Comfortable room

The room had dusty tables and brown water came out of hot water tap. Charged $50 extra for small dog. This charge not listed on website.
