It has been refurbished and is a comfortable 2.5 star property.

This property is noise affected due to its proximity to a main highway. B doubles make a considerable amount of noise at 4.00am.

Good accommodation at short notice

The excessive Booking.com fee. I would have got it a lot cheaper if I had booked directly with the motel, which I will do in future.

Location is fine and a basic continental breakfast was included.

Very small room in an old, poorly designed motel.

The location and that’s about it

The smell! As soon as you walked in there was a funky smell that just didn’t go away , a bit like backed up sewage. Bathroom was old and outdated, looks like they painted over tiles and it has peeled off and toilet was disgusting. Ceiling fan that didn’t work, plus white ant infestation, not worth the $170 per night

Smoker in the room next to us, smoke drifted into our room when the smoker smoked outside her room.

Bed was comfortable. Location good, within walking distance of main street, cafes, shops etc.

Bathroom very pokey - needs attention. No handtowel, teatowel or cloth for spills.

Pleasant

It wasn’t very clean the pillows smelt and the sheets didn’t feel clean The bathroom was grotty around the shower screen the electric jug was not clean inside and you had to use a cup to fill it up I think for the price I was disappointed I have stayed at a lot of country pubs that were cleaner than this

Easy to get to and park. Owner/reception and access was good.

Room was too small with the 2nd bed, and bathroom/toilet was just adequate.

Excellent bedding and mattresses. Good heating and tea-making facilities. Plenty of parking space. Helpful management when altering booking.

Bathroom was very tight but excellent shower with good amenities.

I like having a code for the door instead of a key that you could lose

My room had a door that used to be access to the room next door.I literally could hear every think the man next-door was doing, because he was only 6 inches away from my bed . And it’s definitely not soundproof.

Location was good

For the money we paid the room was very compact and the bathroom whilst clean needed attention with chipped tiles. Other motels for the same price are far superior.

Bed was good

Not enough bed clothes to keep warm. Tap in bathroom not attached to basin Aspects of the room were not clean.Very expensive fot the room considering the facilities. Needs to be refurbished.

Nothing at all

The bed was rock hard as well as the pillows You could hear everything in other peoples rooms. The rooms were dirty with dirt and gunk on the remotes to the tv and heater

Clean and quiet. Very basic but everything you need as a visitor.

I liked the good quality front door, also the spacious room with high ceilings.

The shampoo/ soap/ empty canisters attached to the shower wall and over the sink. The bathroom could do with an upgrade but it was sufficient.
