Would be good to get an invoice in the room or on arrival. I didn't get one during check in and had to ring for an email copy for work. Which they did within 10 minutes.

Staying at this hotel you get a 15% discount from park view. Less then 10mins walk to shops. BBQ facilities & play park just across the road, just off the main highway hotel located, very friendly & helpful staff, good spacious car park.

Hearing trucks passing by at night time. Pillow to high for my liking.

Rooms were clean, convenient location, good size bathroom.

Room was very small for three people, nowhere to sit except on beds. Beds were small especially the “single” bed. Curtains were torn and only one bed light working.

The service provided by Brendan was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for our stay, even providing some great advice on local places to grab a bite.We stayed in the apartment style room it was clean and well kept, very comfortable.Thankyou for a great stay! Will definitely re-book this room for future stays.

Double bed was far too soft! My partner and I suffer sore backs from mattress being too soft! Horrible nights sleep. Also, noise from traffic was loud as well

No breakfast provided. Great a/c. Bed comfortable Clean but old. White tip spider on single bed sheet when pulled back. In main room.Lady receptionist helpful and pleasant.

Age of facility. Price of room, shower door very narrow, bath unable to be used as no spout.Door from office had access to unit. Unable to Lock Screen door

Noisy people in the carpark outside our window until late. Not much can be done by management, just unfortunate some people are not aware of how their behaviour might effect others.

Great value for money. We are a group of 5. We got the 2BR apartment at a price cheaper than usual airbnb and motel. Good for overnight stay. Spacious and comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Motel is a bit dated but does the job. Got all your basic amenities. Convenient location.
