Pros +
- Typical Japanese business hotel
- Good value, and clean facility
- Simple, affordable business hotel. Rooms are quite small but clean and well equipped. Good for short stays.
Cons -
- A bit far from train station. Key system not using key card which has to left at reception when go out. Price on festival period is too expensive.
- The location was a little bit sketchy. There were many gentlemen's clubs, brothels, and adult entertainment stores nearby and didn't feel safe at times. Otherwise, the hotel itself had no problem.
- We made a reservation at this hotel for three people, each booking separately. Each of us paid extra for a parking spot, meaning we should have had three parking spots reserved for us. In the end, we only needed one car, but we paid for all three just to be on the safe side. However, when we arrived at the hotel, there were no parking spots available at all. We ended up having to park in a paid public lot nearby, which was very frustrating—especially since we had paid in advance for parking. That being said, aside from the parking issue, the hotel itself was perfectly fine. The facilities were good, the stay was comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant experience. It’s just unfortunate that the parking situation wasn’t handled properly.

Very good breakfast, great mountain view
non-smoking room smelled cigarettes, room needs renovation, very long way to the station (at least 20 minutes)
Clean, simple place with everything you need and a decent breakfast available.
No sockets near the bedA bit outside the main city centre
Nice clean room. friendly staff
Room felt quite old and dated.
The room and the bed are comfortable, and the location is near many restaurants.
Good shower, free fresh towels and bottled water provided daily.
Room and bed were very small
Friendly staff I have stayed with this hotel chain before in another japanese city and had no problems. Unfortunately this hotel smell was so bad. In hall way and rooms. Needs a deep clean
Room smell was mouldy :(
The service was great, free towels every day and they hang on your door the next day. Roomy room and good bed
about 20 minute walk from the station, but that was about it.
The room is clean staff is OK
It’s quite far from jr station
Good hotel and in a good location. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional.
There were no charging sockets near the bed.
Classy, quiet, clean.
A bit of a walk from station
Near from station, many restaurants, friendly staff
Not welcoming staffs, and not helpful on the evening I arrive. Early morning staffs plaisant.70000 yens, no breakfast, just coffee. I wish this hotel was not on Booking.com, it's a real shame to have it listed .It say 2 stars hotel, most be in the lower part of the 2 stars. My hostel in noboribetsu must be a 5 starts hotel than
clean, good location in city center, kind staff, wifi.
price too high for low quality hotel. really horrible smell of nicotine from previous smokers i guess. was very bad.
Well located, breakfast was not bad, cheap price and staff was nice.
Mattress are like wooden board, my goodness!
Poor
I experienced racism at this hotel. I am a foreigner living in Japan and was told by a male staff member when I checked in that they need to make a copy of my residence card. This is a discriminatory policy as they do not copy Japanese people's IDs. I told him I was not comfortable with it because my ID has my personal information, but he insisted several times that he must do it. I asked him if they copy Japanese people's IDs and told him to treat me the same as a Japanese person. Finally he gave up and said never mind. He also spoke to me in extremely exaggeratedly slow Japanese as if I was stupid. I understand that not all Japanese people are welcoming to foreigners, but if that's how you feel, maybe don't go to work in the hospitality industry.
Cramped, hard bed, no included breakfast, added cost for parking (online said it was free)…
Too expensive, mattress hard, no space in room, we expected breakfast without paying more, price gouging was infuriating (little value for what we paid). Bed too small for two. Extra cost to park. We were misled by false info online.
