Convenient to train station. Could open window for fresh air.

The room size was very small in relationship to the nightly cost of the room.

Staff was very helpful

I needed a taxi and staff told me to call the cab myself. First room was too hot, so I requested a fan and moved rooms, which fixed the problem.

Staff was very friendly, love the fact there’s coin laundry. You know what to be expect☺️

A short distance from train station, like all other APAs, the desk and bed stand were a bit dusty.

Located in a very nice neighbourhood. Right across from a konbini. Cozy room. Walkable distance from the pier, restaurants, temples etc.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of items. Your room was larger than I expected. Location was farther away from the train station and I went to the wrong APA hotel, which was closer to the train station. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is well located in the heart of the city. Staff are friendly.

I did not like the smell os cigarettes smoke on the elevators as 2 of the floors allow smoking. The hotel needs some updates but it looks like they are working on it.

A very nice hotel near Aomori centre - everything you might need when travelling. I booked my stay without breakfast but if you want you can buy it on the spot. Generally I recommend this place.

The property was fine. The heat was turned off in preparation for warm weather. The temperature was 7.222 centigrade. The manager on duty apologized and provided a very small electrical space heater.

Turning the heat off too soon. It was very cold in the room.

The three rooms that we stayed at were all clean and had all the amenities that we needed (toiletries, hair dryer, yukata, etc.). The space in each room is sufficient to move around, compared to other APA hotels were the space is limited and small, so this is a nice bonus. The staff were all nice and attentive—they allowed us to check in earlier (with a fee) and called the taxi for us. They also allowed us to add breakfast for just one morning. The hotel is located an 8-minute walk away from Aomori station and one block away from the main shopping street, which is convenient enough for us. Overall a pleasant stay.

There was no heater in all rooms so if it gets cold in the city, that may be a problem. One of our companions fell sick with a fever and couldn't stand the cold. Thankfully, the staff let us borrow an electric heater for a night.

Great location with stores and the main station nearby. The heated toilet seat was the best!

Clean, big single beds were comfortable, had everything we needed in the room, breakfast was enough to start the day. Breakfast lady very friendly and hard working. Excellent Chinese restaurant almost next door.

We paid over $200 a night, more than most other places we'd booked throughout Japan so expected a bit more in terms of space and breakfast options. However if it had been close to $150 a night it would have been good value. A bit of a walk from the station.

The hotel had a good boot room and friendly staff.

The restaurant was closed so breakfast or dinner available.

The staff gave out free sweets for White Day!The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We paid for breakfast for the first day and it was very tasty! Had all japan and aomori specialties and felt very homey. Huge variety of food and drinks.

handy to the main shopping strip with lots of eateries and with its covered walkway - important during heavy snow falls when walking can be treacherous . Ten minute walk from Aomori train and bus stations and the two fish markets, the Nebuta festival and Civic centre for various celebrations.

Location close to station, Lawson next to it so could buy sandwich etc & an Indian hotel at walking distance

The room was quite warm, making me sleep so well during my stay in the winter. The service was good and friendly.

There was the smell of cigarettes in the elevator and hallway even though it was a non-smoking floor. (I stayed on the 6th floor.)

Clean. They let me borrow an umbrella when I asked. They also let me store my luggage before check in.

It was a little walk away from station.
