Good location and breakfast. Self serviced luggage storage.

Check-in was quick and simple, and they had free lockers to use to store your suitcase if you arrived early. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast featured a few local specialties. The location was extremely convenient, and it was easy to take buses from the local station to other areas in Hachinohe. There’s also a number of dinner options nearby. There was also an earthquake while I was there, and though I was on the 10th floor, the building felt very sturdy and safe.

The breakfast area is a little small, so it can get a bit crowded if you come at a later time.

The location was great due to its proximity to Hachinohe Station. Very easy to get on a train from this hotel.

Tiny room (even by Japanese standards) with a rather uncomfortable bed (like sleeping on concrete).

The price was fair, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly.

The staff wanted to charge me to get an extra towel for my kid since there was only two towels in the room. Very disappointing. The breakfast was way below average for Japan, the breakfast area was so overcrowded that guests had to bring the food up to their rooms.

The proximity to the train station is a really good sales point.

The non proximity from the city center is a bit off. The bed was too hard to my taste and si couldn’t get a good night sleep :(

The front desk staff were nice. The breakfast was so yummy & fresh and the older ladies making it just such nice happy ladies :)

The older man attending the car garage to put your car in and it takes it up to store, was rude, rushing & uncaring of the fact my husband could not speak Japanese. It definitely made us stressed, if this had not of happened we would have had an ok time.The room had so much light coming in from under the door, the TV, the aircon it was bright and even with an eye mask I could not sleep.

Check in machine, we have provided the address, but the machine need us to key in address one by one.We have 5 people, you can guess how much work we need to do for check in.Since we only have one confirmation number, why not to issue 5 key by just key in confirmation number.この件だけで、不親切と思った

Location is near the train station.

Bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. During check-in staff was standing there and didn’t even want to help.

Friendly and supportive staff. Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to Hachinohe station. Good and healthy breakfast spread.

Excellent for the price paid!You name it you have itI finally understand that keeping luggages for the day itself is allowed, but not keeping them for more than 1 day. We learned n solved the luggage issue by keeping one of our 4 single rooms to store our luggages, before we come back for another night.It is slightly more expensive than having to pay for locker for 2 days for 4 luggages, but it works.
