Hotel Aomori

Large rooms with full bath.

The beds were not so comfortable.

Room and toilet were spacious.Good selection for breakfast, and good service.Efficient and professional check-in.Good choices of restaurants within walking distance.

Location was a little bit remote from downtown shopping district, but in a walking distance.

Huge luxurious rooms and amenities for the price. Breakfast buffet was exquisite! I spent my whole morning there. Has its own little family mart in the lobby!

A fair walking distance from aomori station, and there's no bus that is significantly faster than walking. But it's totally worth the walk.

Everything is good. Sink is a bit old but room very spacious: rare in Japan.

Location:Far from the Aomori main streets, needed car to travel to (600yen parking isn’t too bad). They had a family mart inside the hotel.Room:Not the cleanest room and it was rather old-fashioned, inevitable consider how old this hotel is; mirror facing the beds right next to the TV. Floor was a little dirty and the bathroom was quite stained with water dirt. Lighting was awkward also, and hard to switch off all the lamps in the room. Almost no air-conditioning the whole night even I tuned to 18 degrees celcius, luckily the weather wasn’t hot… wonder what’s going on… No amenities provided except the basic (toothbrush and paste), no lotion or body cream.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room was very comfortable.

The hotel is a 20-30 minute walk from the city centre. That didn't bother me as I'm a keen walker, but could be an issue if one wasn't. However, I believe that a bus stops nearby reasonably frequently.

It is the traditional hotel along with great night view, hospitality service and the classic design. The staff were so kind and the overall stay is pleasant.

The room space is big. Underground parking lot saving time to clean the snow.

The equipment is old.

We had a spacious room on the tenth floor with a sea view. The view was much better than expected. Buffet breakfast was very good value. The staff were delightful and very helpful. The station is about half an hour on foot, but taxis are cheap and plentiful or it is only a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop.

The room decor was tired, but this hotel is still excellent value.

This was great value for money hotel. The rooms are spacious. They are a bit dated but the bedding was comfortable and everything is clean

Pretty large room and worth the price.

Pillows were a bit thin. Breakfast felt a little lacking as well but nothing deal breaking.

30 mins walking from train station. 15-20 mins by bus. The bus stop is 6 mins walking from the hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel has a vending machine for late night craving
