Richmond Hotel Aomori

We had a quiet, comfortable stay for two nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the attached building with restaurants and a convenience store was very convenient. It was a longer walk to and from the station, but it was overall quite nice.

I found the bed and pillows too firm for my taste, but that was my experience pretty much everywhere we stayed in Japan. Also similar to other hotels, the tub walls were very high, so if you have mobility issues that might be a challenge.

Restaurant was closed on New Year's Eve.

Very efficient. Easy parking process, amazing staffs. Room is reasonably priced for a clean business hotel.

Doesn't have an onsen, but it wasn't a requirement.

Big rooms and easy access for parking and convenience stores, great views of the bay from certain rooms and sections of the hotel. Beds were comfortable and rooms well appointed

Location is a bit far from the station but the vicinity is surrounding by government buildings that makes me feel at ease.

Its centralized location was convenient. Walkable (15-20 minutes) to many places like Gyosai Seafood Market, Aomori Station, A-Factory And Aspam.

The loading and unloading of luggages if you are driving. Space limited and stressful.

No wi-fi in foyer/breakfast room. May have been but wasn't obvious or told password.

The room was quite large for japan standards, the breakfast buffet was excellent ave close to the A factory. Food nearby as well.

Comfortable and clean room. Wide range of amenities provided including face mask, which is very generous & thoughtful.

Room wifi failed but receptionist provide us a portable WiFi to solve the problem.Same breakfast spread every day and no raw fish serve which is a disappointment.

This was a fabulous hotel! It was clean, spacious, had wonderful staff, and was in an excellent location for exploring Aomori. It was extremely well priced and exceeded our expectations. The amenities were also excellent and it made our experience in Aomori a very memorable one. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The room was incredible; it was spacious, very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious and varied

I visited Japan for three weeks and this was far and away the best hotel I stayed at. Room was a great size - lots of space to move around. Bed was comfy and had some excellent pillows. Location was also good - close to lots of restaurants and sites and an easy walk to the train station.
