Great location ! Room was very spacious and quiet. Maid was very polite and helpful

It’s super well located, right across the train station. The staff members were extremely nice and helped us with our luggage, letting us leave it until our late check in time. Small but nice sento.

No. Just no.

I was put in an outbuilding, not the hotel. No bed. No window. The window was boarded up. No dresser. No carpet. No bathroom. It was a bare room with a pile of blankets in one corner and a shared coed bathroom down the hall. As I was leaving (right away!) a naked older man came out of the bathroom and walked to his room! I paid to go to another hotel although I didn't get my money back.

It is near a rail station and the reception is open quite late but there is not much to like about this place.

The room had no curtain, that meant being woken by the light, in Summer especially. The place was very noisy indeed, thin walls and clients that did not care at all about being noisy, not very like the Japanese generally. My neighbour was particularly bad, arriving at midnight and banging the doors really badly, calling the manager, making a fuss about the lack of bed cover - it was basically a large towel - summer is very hot in Tokyo. He then woke me at 6 am by being very noisy again as he was leaving. I got very little sleep at this hotel. The location is poor really - I was there because of the lack of rooms in Aomori during festival time. The state of maintenance and decor is poor, the ice machine sounded like a cement mixer and could keep you awake. My view is that it is a cash cow being milked until it is no longer a serviceable hotel.

Good location and interesting atmosphere, just some kind of a strange place, that the most people would not like. But in some meaning, it was an interesting experience to stay there. Nice staff.

Very srtong small of old food and humid everywhere, old and dark place, not in good condition and needs renovation.

The windows open and close. It’s close to the Train station and Misawa AFB. The sheets and towels are changed daily. The place has tons of plants.

It was extremely hot in the common areas of the building. There is a pretty strong odor in the common area’s that seeped into the room. They want the air turned off if your not in the room. Great for saving energy but not so great if it takes hours to cool the room back down to a comfortable temperature. It’s pretty dirty and the air conditioner is kind of loud.

Right next to train, but no noise. Was not lavish but had everything you needed. Great value.

Nothing that mattered.

The hotel is a walking distance from Misawa station, which I needed. It is a basic place for business people rather than for vacation. I was hesitant to book it as the rating was not so high, but in the end I was content. The place is old and a bit worn out but clean, the staff very friendly, the breakfast (6 to 8am) typical Japanese, was tasty, and price very reasonable. I had a single room, and importantly, it was very warm (outside temperatures in minus C and snowing).

The futon was comfortable and the room was clean.

It was noisy early in the morning.
