- 1.) I could not use an American Express Card. 2.) The food is expensive . 3.) There is general poor maintenance, with the carpets showing great wear. 4.) The front desk staff could use more professionalism in treating customers.
- Dirty rooms , bed bug infected . Got bitten by bed bug and ruined my stay

For the raddison standards I have experienced in some of the other countries, I was disappointed.
I hated the delayed service. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice, asking me to take towels for cleaning, yet I told them I was checking out. I also did not like the low connectivity, especially in the room. I hated the lights going on and off every day!
Staff very pleasant, smiling and by and large happy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Breakfast was satisfactory but the "Hot" food was cold on 2 days. The gym was satisfactory. Otherwise very disappointing. Grossly overpriced for what you get.
The hotel was very tired and dark. The rooms were adequate and basic. The TV was very limited. The pool area could have been better facilitated. More umbrellas, some plants and possible a drinks service, Not very relaxing or private. The check in area was crowded and difficult to work with. People pushing in and interrupting and difficult to interact with staff. The Bar area was too open so the the TV area (which was in front of the bar), affected the quiet sitting area. Conversations could be overheard. The bar was poorly supplied and closed very early, with no offer of a concierge or night service.
Hotel was good. Nice location and good quality.
The hotel was very noisy. Too many people around the reception, and noisy parties till very late in the night every night of my stay there! It was not a good experience for me.
The food was very good. Staff are also friendly and service oriented.
This is far from the standard of the other Radisson Blu’s. The building needs to be renovated as its old and have a smell (not from uncleanliness)
Pool, ambient and food
Fridge and cleaning sequence
All was aligned to what is expected.
There needs to be window double glazing and/or adequate sound proofing of the rooms in relation to the noise made by the celebratory music at the Beach Garden compound and the pool parties.
Waited 4 hours for my room for cleaners to finish cleaning
It was in a good location.
The key cards didn’t work, shower water pressure was poor, and it took three separate attempts to get a simple issue in the room attended to. Worst thing though, the intermittent power cuts meant the Wi-Fi was always cutting out, and one would think they’d put the routers on UPS batteries to avoid loss of connection in a business hotel.
The location was great and staff were very helpful.I did say to the line manager I will stay at the hotel again but I will book it with them directly instead of going through Booking.com. I'm sure we would have got what we paid for, an upgraded room with a seaside view.
I changed my room to 2 single bed as I was travelling with my son. Booking.com did not change or inform the hotel. our upgraded seaside view room was change but the price of the room stayed the same. The room we stayed in should have cost us less than the double room we were originally given, but the price was not adjusted accordingly.
The young lady with name start with V who checked us in was very welcoming and nice. The kitchen staff was very knowledgeable and was able to prepare my food the way I requested it. my Daughter enjoyed the pool.
all was okay for the raining season that I visited
The staff was excellent Breakfast okDinner options & quality good Nice outdoor space - oasis for a town like Freetown
Lighting in the room is very limited, you can barely see anything at night Closet is tiny which is a problem when you are a couple and you stay for a week or more Rooms at 2nd floor that are supposed to have ocean view (for which you paid the ocean view rate) have no view of the ocean at all
Great locationWelcoming nice stuffVery helpful reception manager; Mr Mohamed SesayVery clean
The tennis area, the vast area
The rooms sweat and water drips wetting the entire when the ac is on, same kind of food daily for breakfast, slow service, the intercom phones weren’t working , the rooms need to be aired they are cold and stuffy.
That there was variety. Staff really went out of their way, they were warm.
Paid USD 216 b&b for day one then, USD 170 for subsequent days. That was confusing but I got a room upgrade at no extra cost which was good.
It’s a quite place for relaxing and the staff are very friendly
The room was dark and the air conditioning was not working well. I felt hot and couldn't sleep well. I expect that the rooms need maintenance in terms of lighting and air conditioning, especially since the weather has a high degree of humidity.Regarding breakfast, I hope it has a variety of types of food
Room was ok
AC was not working throughout the stay and nothing was done after informing many times
The staff at the Mammy Yoko are wonderful. Always smiling and very professional, and they can't do enough for you to make your stay the best.
