Older style motel; however, everything worked well including the shower (hot), aircon (cold), and we appreciated the crockery and cutlery provided for our use. The staff were helpful on check-in and helpful with parking our car and trailer in a good spot.

The pillows could be better.

Great location, across the road from the river where you can walk your dog. Just around the corner from the main strip. Room has everything you need.

Location .. one night stop on our way to Qld. As everything you need. Walking distance to a variety of dining options

Unit is very "tired' Looks like it could use a hood clean. Dining chairs stained & loo could do with a dose of bleach

Cramped, bathroom tiny, toilet kept running, no working exhaust fan in bathroom. Bin hadn’t been emptied.

Toilet kept flushing and we needed to fix it. Shower spreads water throughout the bathroom.

Motel is older and needs updating. No bathmat or hand towels provided. No soap. Smoke/heat detector right above outlet for the kettle setting the alarm off at 0600. Laundry bins covered our windows. Under awning external lights on all night making the room bright as a button all night

We had no hot water. It went warm before we went to bed , but in the morning no hot water

Not a lot, very ordinary.

Waiting for receptionist to meander over from the motel across road to check me in only to be told the room number and key is in the door. Was in room 17, there was something banging in the wind outside, all night. Reading previous reviews, this has been complained about before.It was really an ordinary motel. Would not stay there again.

I liked the room, the reception, the location handy to club and pubs.

We did not see any staff. We had to call a number and were then told ‘ the key is in the door’

The photos on the booking sites are nothing like the room we had. The motel is very dated. The shower had so little pressure it was hard to rinse the shampoo out. The windows coverings did little to stop the carpark lights from illuminating the room all night

Loved the location, beautiful walks along the river with our dog. Comfortable bed, good shower and adequate size room for travelling with dog.

Comfortable and clean. Staff happy to direct to nearest places for a meal.Great pillows and comfortable mattress

Car space got taken by rebel workers when I went shopping? but I found a spot?

Rooms are tired and need a revamp but spotlessly clean and well provisioned in terms of plates glasses cutlery etc. Very short walk to main street to find plenty of food options

Bathroom needs renovating

Clean, comfortable, good location.

Garbage truck woke us at 5am, directly outside our window.Supposedly, reception hours were until 9pm and we arrived just after 6pm as notified - but no one there. Fortunately there was a contact number, but I don’t see that as good customer service.

great situation, to lake and town. people were very friendly in the town

hard to fill up the jug

Great location. Family sized room was spacious with the separate bedroom.

The only down fall was we didn't have a remote for the TV.
