Needs Improvement to Justify Cost

We stayed for one night as part of a 12-night trip across regional NSW, and unfortunately, this motel did not offer value for money. The price was high for the standard of the room provided. Especially when compared to other similarly priced properties we stayed in throughout the trip which offered a much better room and facilities.

It was clean

Not 4 1/2 star motel. Don't understand from the Web site that $10 extra gave us a view of the golf course rather than a view of a metal fence. It's 3 -3 1/2 star and rating needs to corrected.

The room was well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. Very easy access from car to room.

The courtyard between the two wing of the motel was generous but uninspiring with not a hint of vegetation. I know there was a premium on the rooms with the golf course views, but I was not expecting the industrial view of the odd numbered rooms on the other wing. Dark, high colorbond fence only partially the two rows of double height sheds beyond.

Good pit stop on a long journey. Walk to gold club for dinner and was off the highway so noise not a problem. Staff very friendly.

Golf club restaurant next door was handy for dinner. Room was big, fairly clean, shower needed a good scrub and some cobwebs in the room.

Shower needed re taping-water sprayed everywhere.

All was very good

Had a great couple of nights here. The room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet even though it is on the main hwy.

Had the Golf Club restaurant right next door so we did not need to go into town where there was not much choice anyway. Ask for a room overlooking the golf course.

The room was a great size. The aircon worked well and was not loud. There was sufficient parking and I heard no traffic noise which was very pleasing. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The shower needs to have a safety bar for the elderly to hold onto. My 87 yr old mother was unable to have a shower as she felt unsafe and was afraid of falling. The spa bath had a jet fascia missing, so the bath wasn't used.

The bathrooms were recently updated. The motel backs onto the local golf club. Easy to get a meal there.

Generous sized room and comfortable. Good position, overlooking the golf course as well as easily accessing the golf club restaurant next door (basic food). Quiet.The manager was lovely, very welcoming.

It wasn’t the cleanest eg bird poo all over the outdoor settings overlooking the golf course although inside the room wasn’t too bad. The room is OK but for the price paid, it could be better.

The room is well-cleaned and organized. Making it worth the money.

The breakfast should include more items and be fresh. ( Ex: Cooked Eggs, ham, cheese, etc)
