Location oud, staff rude, breakfast not provided despite being paid for, somewhat grotty in bathroom.

Outdoor areas of property looked like they needed a good clean, walls dirty, dead leaves everywhere, cobwebs etc.Bathroom could do with a deep clean

Location, walking distance to everything we needed.Even thou it was on the main HWY it was so quiet.Was a nice size room with 2 seat couch.

The Shower head was horrible and pillows gave me a sore neck.

The location is fabulous, you are in town, a short stroll to Lake Forbes, where you can walk along, it is a bonus in itself. The motel is basic, however it is clean & the bed was comfortable. There is available tea & coffee facilities.

The ironing facilities were poor. The ironing board itself was practically useless. The cover was just hanging on the top of of the board. I decided that it wasn't worth trying to use it.

Rooms were comfortable, the free breakfast was a real bonus, easy check in

The pool was dirty, rooms were dated

Not very clean rooms cobwebs in 2 corners and they where nit new webs.

Room is specious, the most comfortable bed and the shower is the best. Love the look of the motel ,friendly staff, peaceful place and the location is fantastic,central and you can walk everywhere. We stayed there quite a few times and we’ll definitely be back again.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the property but wish there was a pool to cool down because it was so hot when we stayed there.

Location is perfect and you can walk around the town,restaurants,parks. We went into town for breakfast as breakfast is not available in the hotel. We absolutely loved the hotel and we’ll be staying there again.

Wish there was a pool as it was so hot on the day we arrived but the hotel is located on the river front and if we stayed longer could have had so much fun.

Well presented queen bed room, very clean. We had a room on the back of the building so was quite. Club Forbes is just across the road for meals. We had dinner there and it was very good.

Had a problem with a smell in bathroom. Was dealt with when made aware to staff. Over pricedLittle run down.

Long way to take our gear to our room. More like a hotel layout.

Very well presented, checking a breeze, easy to access and quite comfortable for a disabled person and carer

The shower wasn't hot enough - but I think that might have more to do with regulation than the motel itself.

Very easy walk to town centre. Spacious room. Good bed & linen. Plenty of room for luggage. Balcony. Under cover parking.

All of the doors were really hard to open and shut

The location was good and ample parking.

The room was filthy. There wasn’t enough blankets for the bed. The shower was covered in mould and hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. The blankets on the beds were dirty and went to get more from reception but was closed up quite early and unable to speak to anyone. The cups were the same state.
