Stunning upgraded rooms and so clean and inviting. The staff were absolutely exceptional. Very friendly, and also very accomodating to letting me use their staff facilities to store birthday cake for my stay. The best customer service I experienced in Orange that weekend was from these ladies. Will be my regular place to stay when I visit my sister in future. Thankyou!

Location was good - very convenient.

Very basic property. Simple additions such as bedside lamps wouldn’t go astray so you don’t have to have bright overhead lights on while in bed. Also not a fan of no powerpoints next to the bed so you can plug your phone in.

The location is great, very central. Staff was friendly. Check in/out were easy. There is 2 nice restaurants next door which makes is super easy when you have kids.

We had noise road until midnight and it would start again at 6am. Load once which wasn’t great since we travelled with kids off to bed early.

The room was really clean and comfortable and the location great, Nice Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel. Had a lovely dinner there.

I unfortunately had a room facing the road so it was really noisy with trucks etc. My sister stayed in the same hotel and had a rear room so would recommend that to anyone booking.

King suite was absolutely gorgeous 10/10 cannot recommend enough even the complimentary toiletries they included were quality and additional things like a loofer which I’ve not seen included elsewhere. Beautifully styled and spacious. The queen rooms are of course not as big and the bathrooms aren’t as luxurious as the king suites which is to be expected. The walls in the queen rooms are also quite thin, I could hear a neighbouring rooms phone ring on vibrate for representation as to what I mean. 10/10 would stay again. Staff were lovely, happy to accomodate a late or early check in/out where they could. The cleaners were prompt, very tidy to a 5 star establishment expectation you wouldn’t usually find in a lodge. Reception was a delight to deal with, easy and fluid check in process and were responsive. As far as accomodation goes in Orange this would be the only place I would return to that I have experienced so far. The outward exterior looks outdated but don’t let that fool you the King Suites can measure up to some of the nicest accomodation I have stayed at in places like Sydney and Melbourne.

Queen room bathrooms were slightly outdated and the toilets in these rooms simply don’t flush properly due to what I can only gather are water pressure issues or water saving measures Annnnnd I wasn’t aware of any washing facilities although there may have been they just weren’t obvious to me

Exceeded my expectation from a standard motor lodge. Modern feel. Convenient and great restaurant next door.

I found the fridge to be a bit loud right next to the bed.

Needed a mirror in room, only a bathroom mirror not sufficient in a family room.

The Caleula was a great place to stay. The newly updated rooms were so very comfortable with wonderful beds, great showers and general amenities. The rooms were wonderfully clean. All of the staff were most helpful and friendly.

Smell of the cleaning products was very strong in the room, we had to open the door which was very noisy as located on main road. We were in a room for 3 people but there was only 2 cups.
