Great pool, dinner was pizza and well done

Loved the gardens and dining areas. The staff were fantastic.

While the gardens and dining were lovely and the food excellent, the rooms are older and need updating. The bathroom has been updated and is lovely but the main room needs lots of work. The bed itself had a lean on it, looked like the castors at the top on one side had collapsed. Apart from that it was a lovely stay and we will return.

We initially booked in for 3 days but decided to extend as it was such a lovely place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The extra touches make a big difference, they leave fresh fruit in the room, sweets and there are complimentary soft drinks and water in the fridge which was greatly appreciated.The area and rooms are very clean. The outdoor pizza area was really nice and the cocktails were lovely.We would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived we were blown away by this lovely little gem of a place. The pool for starters on what was such a hot week in NSW it was greatly appreciated. The bed was super comfy, and the decor of the rooms were fantastic. The free mini bar the bowl of fruit and amazing restaurant it was like we were in another part of the world. Everything was at this motel we didn't have to leave for anything. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Orange.

The rooms are very basic but the furnishings are quirky and cool and the bed was really comfortable. The cocktail bar/garden restaurant/pool area is lovely even on a very hot evening. The QR code that works for guests in the dining area AND in the rooms is a great idea.

I really like to turn AC off and have fresh air at night. The windows only opened a small amount

Liked the retro fit-out and daiquiris by the pool were unexpected from a country town motel.

Unfortunately the neighbours were locked out and causing a lot of noise and kicking the door trying to get in. Other than that it was a great stay

The hotel is modern clean and well stocked - my room came with complimentary soft drinks and water chips etc each day. The hotel exceeds expectation and once you walk into the place you feel the high standards of the facilities

Nothing all was great

The Oriana was great! Rooms were spacious and had lots of nice touches that made you feel comfortable and more at home including robes and slippers, complimentary soft drinks, snacks, tea/coffee, fresh local fruit, cookies and a complimentary drink on arrivals. On Sundays they offer late checkout until 5pm which I wish I could have made the most of but had a long drive back to the central coast. Room service options were same as dining at the outdoor restaurant and were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay in future

Bed wasn’t that comfortable and air con wasn’t too strong but other things made up for it

Staff were lovely, all the extras - minbar, coffee and the outdoor garden restaurant by the pool was wonderful. great food, nice environment and really pleasant. The rooms were older style motle with a revampl and new bathrooms, welcomng, great atmospher and the terrace upstairs was great. But an excellent dinner downstairs in the garden made the tirp

I understand the "vibe" of making the pool area adults only after 3.00pm. And it looks great with the cabanas and bar serving the pool area. But perhaps this would be best for wekeends or special events/nights. We had a long drive in January and arrived on a Tuesday afternoon. Our young kids would have loved a swim and no adults were using it, but it was reserved for adults only. Maybe during the week it would be ok to mix? Not a big problem and we had a swim in the morning, I may have just been there during the down time.

From the moment I walked into reception to the moment I left, I loved the experience at this property. The facilities, vibe, and staff were spectacular. The little extras and incorporating local artists and producers was phenomenal. The parking space was also great! Cars not piled up upon each other, wild!

Nothing could have been better.

Spacious rooms and what a fantastic facility. The place has a vibrant retro resort feel and the motel has gone above and beyond throwing in extra complimentary daily treats. They really made it feel like an experience rather than just a room for a couple of nights. Food is sensational! High quality, pool side menu that you can see when the plate lands on your table the chefs have taken such care of every element of the food they present. It really tastes as good as it looks.Rooms are quiet and ample parking too.
