I arrived after reception had closed. There was no issue in getting access to the room key - a text message ahead of my arrival with the details to access the key. The room was pleasant, clean and everything I needed for a comfortable night's sleep. Even at 7C outside, I didn't need the heater on. Tea making facilities were ready to go. Check out was just as simple.

There was anything that I didn't like. It would have been nice to have access to coffee in the morning - but the cup of tea was lovely.

I mistakenly left some personal belongings in the room which I didnt discover until my return home. I rang the motel (after hours, hoping to leave a message) but they answered and immediately set about recovering the items. They could not have been more helpful - for this reason alone I would not hesitate to stay there again!

The facilities are getting a bit of age about them but the bathrooms appeared to be refurbished, and everything was very clean.

Parking at door, big room, handy to food and other shops and pub.

Close to highway noise.

Clean r oom, comfortable bed, hot shower

Ridiculously tiny bathroom; cramped bedroom space. No flat surfaces for cups of tea etc. Absolutely zero charm in this place.

The heater worked well. Quite comfortable.

The park at our room was taken when we returned from dinner. We had to a park well away from our room.

Rooms were clean. Quiet.

Stayed 2 days. Staff knocked on my door too early to change towels. They should leave the rooms for a longer period for those guests staying more than 1 night.

Very comfy bed. Great shower. Quiet and good air conditioning. Got to charge my plugin hybrid car as well!!

A bit of noise but manageable

Staff were amenable and check in was easy for this centrally located motel.

Pretty sure the shower wasn't properly cleaned (looked like someone's shower boogers on the tiles); no globes in the bedside lamps; no PowerPoint by the bed for charging devices or plugging in a mobile lamp; batteries in TV remote flat; wall lamp short circuited the room (and next door). Basic foam mattress so too soft.

Beds were super soft and comfie. Good size room for 4 people. Had a toaster and microwave!!

Only mugs and spoons, No plates or cutlery even though there was a microwave and toaster

Location is a 10-15 minute walk to the main shops, bed was very comfortable

Facilities such as exposed (albeit low voltage) wiring and sockets, rusty and leaking iron, bedside lights not working - more maintenance effort is required

had a toaster and jug and cups but no plates bowls or utensils. bathroom was also small I had to sit a certain way knees touched the vanity.

Air condition system was good. Close to food eateries. Beds were a bit soft.

The hot water system was inconsistent.

The quietness and handiness to town

Need to provide a folder with safety information and how to work the airconditioner remote control. Also some crockery and cutlery needed because there is a toaster and microwave

Great location, easy to find. Friendly reception staff. The rooms were neat and tidy, very clean. The bed was super soft like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was tiny - narrow, but very clean, modern, and had amazing water pressure in the shower. Nice dark, quiet rooms.

Bed was comfortable. Clean. Room smaller than we would have liked. Bed could have been bigger. Location great.

Bathroom very pokey. No power in bathroom. Not enough power points in room. No plates.Smoke alarm cover was not attached to ceiling, found in bed side drawer. Had to ask for alarm to be put together with battery.

Staff were very friendly, bed was comfortable and very clean

This was a basic motel room on a busy highway. It was very close to function we were attending at Ophir hotel so that was good. It is very close to three major takeaways if your hungry. The beds were very soft in family room which may be a problem for some
