The carpet in the room could¿ve been cleaner.

Shower great, beds comfy and good Pillows. Ticked the right boxes.

Bathroom had a bit of a smell at first but went away.

The friendly staff at reception and when waitresses . Clean and comfortable room

We unfortunately could not get WIfi unless went outside , advised common problem and could not get tv reception whilst staying neither could our friends staying in the other room

We got the coupons for breakfast as the restaurant at the hotel was closed and breakfast was included in the booking.

Bugs in the room

Well equipped and spacious. Good service. Very comfortable bed.

There were no cutlery on the room, but it was brought to our room when asked.

Nice place but a lit expencive.

Better to stay somewhere in the town so it easy to shop around rather then driving, got to look for parking.

Large brown patches on ceiling, near door, which could see when lying in bed. Many tv channels were not working/ no signal.

I booked a ground floor room on bookings.com. The actual room we were allocated was upstairs. On my request, staff member changed it to a ground floor room. Our room was next to the kitchen, and very noisy until staff went home. Although the room looked like it had been renovated, the bathroom was indefinite need of renovation. The bathroom and shower were very cramped. Tiling was very old and didn't seem clean. The room was definitely not worth the $200 per night we paid for it.

Nice enough, the Bathroom was bait date, and in need of TLC, but th friendly staff made me feel welcome. Not my favourite hotel in Orange, but would book again if there wan't anything else available

The bathroom was a bit 1980's and needed some updating, there was a bit of a smell in the room (not air freshener, more stale) but after leaving the door open it cleared up.

The location, the decor the work area

Really convenient location, city centre is close, the staff was great, the room was good, clean and it was comfortable to sleep.

Tv had some connection issues, but I did smart casting with my phone so not problem

Room was immaculate and the staff went above and beyond for us! Housekeeping ensured we had everything we need and was so friendly, and the whole team were proactive and responsive to any needs we had. I cannot fault the customer service and enjoyed the smaller touches that made the stay so comfortable. We cannot rate highly enough the service being provided in the rooms and how nicely the room was presented.

Handy location, basic but clean

Reception closed for lunch so was unable to check in a bit earlier to save time. Seems a bit odd for a hotel chain.

Checkin was prompt and friendly

Room was not ready at the requested time - had to wait in our car. They got onto cleaning the room as soon as we arrived. Did still smell of disinfectant for a while

A big thanks to the Sunday cleaning staff who helped retrieve my wife's phone after we had returned the room key.

There is no heater in the bathroom. Makes for a cool exit from the shower in winter.

Beautifully appointed room with lovely modern brass lights next to bed, super warm heating and comfortable bed which is a must in Orange as it is a cool climate town. Extremely clean, lovely service from staff, and great location on the way into town. It's on the main road but couldn't hear any traffic whatsoever. The shower was also huge A great find and I highly recommend this great find. It's certainly not what you would expect from an Ibis ie small rooms and spartan extras. Thanks for a great stay!

Comfy bed, newly renovated bedhead, new sofa and spacious room!Nice and quiet area, just minutes from KFC and Maccas. Overall an enjoyable stay at Orange!

The bathroom needs to be upgraded. The ceiling above the shower/ bath was cracked, leakage droplets of water under the sink. Visible molds here and there.We didn't mind as it's still acceptable and didn't bother us that much but a bathroom upgrade is necessary.

The room was nice and updated.

The bathroom was quite old and the bathroom flooded when you turned on the shower. The toilet was constantly running and it didn't feel clean. Some of the complimentary products were empty. We were also giving a disabled access room, which wasn't requested. No doona covers, just sheets on top of the doona and underneath.
