Room clean and position central .

Very very noisy as people were talking in the kitchen area till late then at 1.50am I had to tell them that their conversation woke me up I was in room 30 and the noise comes straight into your room. It was terrible and I slept terribly so I won’t stay there again for this reason.

It was a very hot upstairs in the hallways and kitchen area toilets and showers

Good location. Nice live music on weekends and bar downstairs. Clean toilets and shower. Generous amount of towels. It's very convenient to have a small sink with warm water and a mirror in a room.

The window could not stay open because the strings remained broken and unrepaired. The vomit smell was bad in the room - I could tell the staff tried their best but it's not enough. I asked the staff for air freshener but they didn't have any (so I bought it myself).

I liked the location and the live music during the nights.

The guy who gave the keys to my room, was not very nice, I think he doesn't have patience with the accent of foreigners. But in general the staff were nice.

Room was unclean, staff communication was poor, room smelt stale, shower wasn't hot and found pub patrons using bathroom for guests, living their half finished beers in the bathroom.

$92 for a tiny room far from shared bathroom. Offered ear plugs because band was playing.

Water pressure was pretty low. You will see many remains of others in the toilet every time you want to use it. The bathroom light is off about 10 minutes of use. You have to walk out from the shower booth to turn back on.Extremely noisy from all surrounding areas.

The location was good and it had parking.

The bed was awful. It was sloped. Either the bed had collapsed or one side or the mattress had. There was an awful loud noise by the window all night which kept me awake. The smoke alarm light was bright and flashing. Hardly slept all night. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the bedside table was dirty with debris of some kind all over it. The bathroom smelt terrible. I didn't use the showers.

Room was perfect for my needs, there is a community kitchen for residents great for eating and making a cuppa, also two areas that serve meals and drinks, very helpful friendly staff. Thanks will stay again soon.

A Pub room with a comfy bed and good quality linen and well appointed communal kitchenNot to mention the clean and tastefully renovated shared bathroom. Food here is also great value

Bed was comfy

Shared bathroom was for whole floor, long way from room. Carpet was heavily marked.

What a great family run business. Mark and the family were so helpful and the place was so neat and tidy. The live music on the Sat night was a treat. Great for a fun loving couple or with friends. Obviously it is budget accommodation but certainly exceeds expectations in that category. The beds were so comfy - my friend and I both wanted to steal the pillows. Mark opened the bar for us early too so we could have a sneaky beverage before we went touring Orange - they went ABOVE and beyond.
