Ambassador Orange

We stayed in a family room during the peak of summer. The air conditioning and rooms were excellent. We also used their restaurant which was excellent.

Very accessible and very quiet, nice pool good area nice rooms, very spacious, and nice bathrooms and kitchens

The general area was clean and what we expected.

The bathroom was not really what we are used to in a Best Western motel. The shower was quite mouldy and not very clean, there was a leak from behind the toilet, the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall and the towel rail was very loose. The extractor fan was extremely noisy.

The staff very very accommodating and welcoming. I came to orange with a car trailer and they were very helpful with telling me where I could park it easily and how to get out of town the easiest way.

Located central to most parts of Orange. Worked as a good base for what we needed it for.

Did smell smoke so obviously someone was smoking in a non smoking area. And people that were at the pool were alittle loud with loud music playing. This didnt affect the stay but im sure reception would have heard them and there is a notice asking to respect everyone at the hotel so this is purely a negative at the people staying there not the actual hotel its self. Also there is a microwave but no plates or utensils if you decide you want to cook or eat something there.

Broken toilet seat that took 2 days to fix. Not crockery or cutlery in the room.

Friendly and welcoming staff, great location, large and clean rooms, lovely pool.

It would be handy to have a few bowls or plates in the rooms

The rooms are renovated & very comfortable, very professional staff, it's located centrally, a short drive to most of the local places.

- shower curtain had not been removed/replaced for quite some time. There was quite a lot of stains which was very offputting to be able to have a shower . - mould in bathroom-Showerhead was filthy and could barely get water through the shower head- toilet had difficult flushing- this was the most disgusting fridge I’ve ever seen. The freezer had not been cleaned. There was hair mould and food in the frozen part of the fridge.- stains on blanket from out of the cupboard- The fridge had not been clean out from previous night found half water bottles from somebody else that who had stayed there .

The room was very clean and comfortable. I was also really impressed by the bathroom - it appeared to be newly renovated and was very modern and clean with nice amenities available (i.e., shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer).

The room I had appeared to be recently renovated. The bathroom was amazing and the room was so spacious

Large, well appointed room, good facilities. Quite. Easy car parking. Close to fast food outlets and hotel.

Upstairs room not ideal for elderly couple. Only one space to put suitcases.

Location, clean specious rooms

Executive Rooms listed as 2 double beds, but you will get 1 double and 1 single bed.

Comfortable, plenty of room. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and value for money. Staff are friendly, easy check in and out.

Could probably do with a new shower head.

Good location, ease of checkin and Price

The queen bed was uncomfortable; the mattress was worn and sagged in the center, leaving me with a backache in the morning.No Forks/Spoons provided - had to fetch from the reception

The bed was ok.

The bathroom was disgusting. Mould through the shower, dirt marls on the towel, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly. The cups were also unclean.
