My room was on top of a night club with loud music and excessive noise. I cancelled just after midnight and slept elsewhere.

Position and staff

A bunch of drunks yelling, burping and cussing loudly in the corridors until 1PM, and then again from 5AM.Then woke up at 7 by the hotel music from the speakers in the corridor. Bathroom were trashed.

Didn't stay there.

We didn't stay there as they mucked up the booking which was for a double room with private bathroom. When we went to register, we were given a room without a private bathroom which was unsuitable for us.

Staff really nice helpful when booking not found on computer.

All good despite a bit of renovations.

Its very central in Orange. Great dinning, all good value for money.

The ongoing reno, which of course should be great when it is eventually finished !!

Paid for two beds with family, got one bed and we slept on the floor as they were not even able to provide mattress of bed

It was cheap, there was only one toilet working (in the mens) there were no working lights in the room, the beds were OK, the renovation work was OK and no noise but the bathrooms need immediate workTv was excellent and location perfect

Location is very good. Bar staff were the best.

Renovations currently underway. (April 2025). I imagine the management already know comments at the moment are likely not to be glowing because of reno's. It suited our purposes for a quick overnight stay and the rate reflected that. The hotel will be fantastic when reno's completed but at the moment it's not a location I would stay at if you want a quiet stay. Good luck with the renovations.

This hotel will be amazing when its overdue renovations are done. The staff were brilliant. The tradies great. The bed comfortable. The room tv huge!

Loud music till 2am, the manager even refused to close the club door which facing the hotel rooms! very bad attitude.

Didn’t like anything very disappointing

Checked out a day early Workman making noise couldn’t relax at all to much noise and also no hot water I came to chill and relax but did not happenI should of just stayed home A refund would be appreciated and also I should of been told about this before I booked Very disappointed Will never stay there againNick Gouveros

Filthy tea room and corridor walls, missing bathroom tiles, broken glass in window, loose tap, dirty shower curtain, dusty windows.

Excellent staff. Bistro food excellent quality and price

Property undergoing renovation, when bathrooms updated in accommodation areas will be excellent

The location was in the middle of town and the bed was comfortable. It was a good price for what it is

There was no wifi. The television didn't work. There was only one shower working in the shared facilities. The air con could not be adjusted or turned off.

Clean spacious cheap and quiet

No lift. Had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to the room

Sadly beds weren't done daily and there. Is a lot of cracks in the walls TV was on the wall where we couldn't watch it. One of the bathrooms hot water tap was missing and there was no plugs. In either bath on the second floor so if you have young kids you can't give them a bath.
