The staff is rude. Not very helpful and racist. No customer service skills and sounds condescending.

Car parking is very odd and people park their car in the wrong spot

Even though it is on a main road it was very quiet.Very clean.Bed was very comfortable.Nice hot shower that had water pressure.Nice BBQ area where I could sit, relax and have my coffee.Easy walk to plaza and coles was just a very short walk for anything you might want.(coles is opened until 11pm)

There was nothing I did not like.

Handy spot

The gentleman who checked us in gave no information regarding the pool & my 18yr old daughter was sitting at the pool with her legs in the water listening to music on her EarPods when he came out & very rudely told her the pool was closed - NO signage stating open/closed hours. Uncalled for & could have been addressed much more politely

Close to shops & food places

The parking was a bit funny, you were assigned a park outside your room, but you were pretty close, it’s a bit noisy because there is do people cars & toons on top of each other and plenty of traffic going past, but still a good value place to stay at.

Affordable clean room, AC was going, keeping the room cool. Location is close to shops which is handy.

The bed was comfortable and fairly new the room was clean I was able to access my streaming apps via the smart TVs they have in each room water pressure was very good shower head was very good hot water was very good bathroom was big and I was even fun of my room which is a big problem for smokers all in all and a 9 and half out of 10

The lady downstairs kept on slamming her door all hours of the night but apart from that it was good but

Close to the mall and restaurants.

The room isa bit smelly. And there’s a cockroach came out of the shower drainage. And there’s some people smoking weeds.

The pool

The carpets are disgusting. There was an average of 4 large stains every square metre. 20 years overdue for renovation

Great location excellent rooms and great price

Very poor facility. Broken tap in the bathroom, AC does not have airflow controller, remote does not work, provided only one small packet of shampoo for four people, poor mattress, bed just in front of toilet

Good location. Great sized rooms, comfy bed.

Stairs to the rooms

This motel is good value for money. There is off street parking for my motorcycle and places to buy meals nearby. I have visited several times - good motel on highway.

Nothing to dislike, I will return for a fourth stay at this motel.

Very close to the plaza and other shops

Went with friends had one flannel between us, not real good to be sharing those sorts of things.. and they only have real basic cutlery mud and spoon, no knives or folks to get with if needed . Hot chocolate would be nice to with the coffee and tea

Lucky Room 7 - Best shower I've ever experienced in any hotel / motel room anywhere in the world (including 5* establishments), instant hot water, very powerful and NO silly water saver filter. All in all, great value for money.

A few cracked tiles and some rust on the outside of the fridge but hey, I wasn't paying for perfection.

Good location, close to a shopping centre. The manager was friendly and helpful, and so were the ladies servicing the rooms.

The room was upstairs, requiring a walk and stairs to bring the luggage into the room from the car parked away in the property. The door opened with a bang, as it seized against the frame.

Huge bed, bathroom nice, clean & shower was good.
