In and out access, location

There was works going on at the time of my stay , therefore I had no hot water connection to my shower .. I also over 3 nights had no heater connected.. very poor am afraid.

Staff was amazing and helpful and room was awesomw

Staff were super friendly. Great location, rooms were clean and modern. Close to shops and local no attractions.

Breakfast was great. Only fault was the car parking was very narrow to get past all the cars. Probably when it was built the cars were much smaller and now there is a lot of big 4 wheel drive vehicles. Lovely Manager! Good central location.

Nice included breakfast. Staff were very helpful and kind. Family room was great for the 4 of us. Kids enjoyed the pool. Nice BBQ area. Secure parking and great location.

Wifi was a little sketchy at times.

The room was tidy and clean. Bathroom had been updated at some stage so was very nice. Towels (as per most motels!) were just on the small side. Presentation was good

The palm droppings outside the door could have been swept up so you didn't track black bits into the room all the time.

The room including the bathroom was clean. The room locking and unlocking technique is God and convenient. Parking facilities good.

Not enough kitchenware available except couple of plates, 3 cups and 3 glasses and few cutlery. Should have included some bowls, couple of extra plates, butter knife and a knife etc.

Breakfast was fantastic and staff were very nice

We stayed in a room with a double and a single bed. The single bed was very uncomfortable and sagging in the middle but the double bed was fine

No servicing of the rooms. The paid for breakfast wasn't available on the public holiday dates. This is a cost of business. Staff are terrible and argued between themselves.

This property was incredibly accommodating for our family of four. They offer both upstairs and downstairs room options, and the accommodations were very comfortable with everything we could have hoped for. The privacy was a huge bonus, and the complimentary breakfast featured a wide variety of options, including choices for different dietary needs. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be returning!

Not a lot to add in this section. One of the lights in our room wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is good - easy walking distance to the centre of town. Complimentary breakfast which was much appreciated.

Door didn’t close properly so had to be careful it was locked.

The saving grace was the buffet breakfast. It was a good size room. Location was ok we could walk to a place to have dinner.

Very noisy location, close to Deakin Ave, no sound proofing. Bed needs an upgrade, getting lumpy. We were in room 2.
