    Pros +

    • The location, amenities and service at the reception
    • Great place in town close to alot of things
    • We really enjoyed the property overall, the splash park, jumping pillow and park for the kids was fabulous. Great location.

    Cons -

    • The water in splash water and pools was cold. And kids love to play with water. As the name (All Seasons) suggests, warm water could be supplied in winter.
    • The deluxe cabin was smaller than expected
    • Little loud nothing bad though

We really enjoyed the property overall, the splash park, jumping pillow and park for the kids was fabulous. Great location.

Pool is small and gets over crowded. Our cabin felt quite dirty, walls need a good wipe as theres lots of scuff marks which would make the place overall feel cleaner. The matress protectors on the bunks looked discoloured and questionable if clean. The mattress on the queen bed was pretty average and not sure what was going on however our first night either other people staying at the park were singing karaoke loundly till late at night or it was coming from the neighbouring properties but it made for a terrible sleep.

Great location and facilities. Would stay again and recommend to others to do the same.

The main bedroom in the cabin was small, not much space either side of the bed.

Staff ,facilities and location are exceptional.

Mattresses on beds could have been more plush and comfortable.

Location very central for Mildura. Pool and splash park was great. Very clean pool with minimal chlorine smell.

Shower pressure wasn't great, but was okay for the short stay we had.

The water park and pump track were amazing. It is a great attraction for Mildura. I would love to see a sauna and outdoor spa added in the future; that would be the icing on the cake for me.

    Couldn't pick on anything

We used to stay here when my kids were little before the waterslides were there and now we r back with our grandsons/neice. They loved it....

The ramp was very slippery in WC accessible cabins, but they were quick to take note of that.

    Very welcoming environment

The parking situation epically for cabin 15 was too small and not much room in bedroom with double bed and no tv in bedroom

    9ToniPosted on: 2-27-2025

Easy check in.Cabin was clean & comfortable.Reasonably priced.

No laundry available. The pool was small in comparison to the number of guests.

The cabin was nice and had everything you needed inside for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately of the wifi had worked it would’ve been a 10/10 experience. It’s a family style caravan park. It has a water park, playground, pool etc which is all fun and great but as soon as you take the kids back to the cabin there is no wifi to keep the kids entertained. I asked the front office why the internet didn’t work and was advised that when the park is at full capacity it might not connect but I had family also staying in several cabins and NO-ONE could connect for the whole 4 nights we stayed. So yeah wifi needs to be upgraded quick smart especially if you advertise having wifi available.

The water park, although old and could do with a refresh!

The cabin is old and dated, uncomfortable beds and although booking specifically for 4 people, only the double bed was made

    8JeaninePosted on: 2-15-2025

The location and facilities were excellent. The staff very friendly & helpful.

The cabin we were in was a bit dated with the walls peeling in places.

For adults It’s close to shopping centre and the club. The water park, pool and playgrounds are great for kids.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, toaster didn’t work and shorted the other power points. We stayed in an executive cabin but it was very basic and old style.

Lovely reception staff. Splash Park very faded to photos but facilities for kids were great. Pool was great and welcoming the longer hours to swim.

Cabin was uncomfortable my kids slept out in the living area. It was 40° so understanding anything was uncomfortable in that heat. Our cabin however was apparently an upgraded one. It was bigger cabin to what we originally had booked but still one split system that did not reach any bedrooms and wasn't working well. Resulting in using ceiling and portable fans.Porta cot we had to set up ourselves after a very long day driving with 3 kids. To then have it dirty and have to wipe it down. The couch was dirty needed a good steam clean. Wet swim clothes we left these to dry overnight on the front porch. Totally soaked by sprinklers in the very early morning that were manually put there by someone looks not automatic ones. 10 hours in the car we had wet swim clothes in bags. For the price and the apparent upgrade we were very disappointed. We only had a one night stop over here and would think again before booking.

    Nothing!

After driving for 10 hours we arrived to find the cabin covered in ants - on the floor, walls, even in the beds! Needless to say, we weren't happy and decided to leave. The lady at reception (Mel) was very understanding and agreed she wouldn't want to stay either! Offered a refund and asked me to email my bank account details the next day for this to be processed. This seemed like a reasonable outcome to the situation and to me the situation was resolved at the time. AFTER this agreement, Mel did offer another cabin but only after the refund discussion and agreement.I emailed my bank account details as requested, and received a response from Jo advising that no refund would be made due to "However, as you chose to decline the complimentary upgrade to a different cabin offered to you when speaking with Mel, we were unable to resolve the issue at the time. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to process a refund for your early departure..".... When I explained the situation further, including the conversation with Mel, I received the following response again declining a refund "I also want to clarify any misunderstanding regarding the refund request. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you an upgraded alternative accommodation when you told us about the ants, which you chose not to view." To make matters worse, I received multiple emails thanking me for my stay and they hope it was pleasant, and please provide a rating and review!!This is such a disappointing response, outcome and experience, and I would not be looking to book this accomodation again nor recommend to any family or friends travelling to Mildura.

The place to stay when you're travelling with Kids, Especially in Summer!!We arrived around 7:30pm, picked up our key and went straight to the pool to cool off! Our son loves it here not just for the splash park but there's always plenty of kids riding around on scooters and the extra track area for them as well, grass and play area with BBQ. We love staying here.

    Nicely refreshed.

The rooms we’re hot. The fan addition was great but needed one in both bedrooms. No internet connection in our cabin - we we’re at the back of the park which was super annoying.
