Cottonwood Motor Inn

The relief manager was really nice and friendly in arrival. She changed rooms for us as the spa in the other room had broken down.

The room was dirty. For the price it was disappointing. I am a cleaner myself and it definitely wasn't up to standard. The cupboards in the bathroom were still dirty and there was hair in the drawer. The exhaust fan was filthy which is also a fire hazard. The mirrored walls had hand prints and what looked like drink splashed over them. The spa had food stuck in a vent. There was rubbish under the bed The window sills were full of bugs

Beds were comfortable. Room was a good size. It was clean & fresh

Parking

Paid for a spa room and the spa didn’t work and it wasn’t clean. We asked for a small extended check out due to travelling, then was asked how long we would be before the actual check out time. Rude. Dial to the spa wasn’t even connected.

Easy to find on main road but quiet.

No all rooms overlook the pool like the picture.

Clean bathroom and comfy beds Good for few nights

Dirty sofa Overused sofa but hardly need to use

The staff were very friendly as well as the other people staying at the motor inn. It was quiet and peaceful and was lucky to have the pool to ourselves.

Lovely staff central to everything

Very clean large shower

The bed and couch were comfortable. The mini fridge was a good size. A toaster and microwave were included. The room was cleaned daily.

Had to make sure the bathroom door was shut at night as the windows in the bathroom let in the walkway night lights.

On highway convince, good size room, nice pool

Access to laundry was hit and miss

Very welcomed at reception, great to park right outside the room, spacious room, pool was lovely (though need to BYO towel), nice to have chairs at both front and back doors to sit outside.

Carpet needs steam cleaning.

Was clean and quiet

To bright from outside lights and very low water pressure

Friendly staff member.Clean room, comfortable bed. Toaster, microwave, kettle, cups, plates, bowls and cutlery in room.Plenty of parking.

Love the pool. Kitchen was well equipped. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable.

Only 1 air-conditioning unit in the living room - bedrooms were very warm all night thanks to the heatwave. Parking was near room, but not right in front of room, unlike most motels. A little bit extra effort to carry bags in.Room was next to the pool, which closed at 10pm - this meant that the kids could not sleep until way past their bedtime.

Value quiet safe

Room wasn't made up or cleaned between days

The lady at reception was lovely and so friendly .. I left my pillow in the room and she called me to say she had it

It was clean & neat

No bedroom lamps, tiles on floor in shower very slippery & a real mis match of crockery & cutlery, & the curtains were soiled

Best parts were friendly staff, bedroom configuration to suit family, amenities which included mini fridge, kettle toaster, microwave & iron. Easy Parking

The bright light from security lights shining around curtains keeping room too bright to sleep. Unfortunately our curtains didn't fully close. Needs toilet roll holder and broken shelf in shower is hazard.

Great location, perfect rooms, clean, quiet. And we had a king size bed, wonderful!

Drawers in the 2-bedroom part were in a bad state. Some additional cutlery and cups/glasses would be nice.

Very clean room the air cooler was excellent very modern bathroom. Microwave kettle toaster and large bottles of shampoo conditioner & body wash the towels very soft & good size

Nothing there was a swimming pool but we chose not to use.

Central location. Best comfy bed. Room facilities were good. Aircon was good as it was a very hot day.

Can't think of any.
