Where do I startPoor parking Air conditioning not working on 38 degree dayNo plug for spa bath. Had to go Bunnings and buy one. Then spa didn’t even work. Outdated but clean

I arrived early like 10 30am asked if I could check in early Staff were more than happy for me to do so . Loved how there was a pool to go swimming, and shopping centre in walking distance.

Of a night traffic was noisy other than that fine .

I stayed here on 28th Dec and while the service was good, the room itself was very disappointing.The staff member came to help immediately when we had an issue, which I appreciate. However, the air conditioning completely stopped working and only started again after the batteries were changed. Even then, it wasn’t reliable.On top of that, there were flies throughout the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. For the price, I expected much better room quality and cleanliness.Good customer service, but the accommodation itself needs serious improvement to justify the cost.

Noisy road lots of traffic noise pool could use a clean.

Came for a concert, closest to venue. Great value for money. Hot shower, good pressure, comfy beds, onsite parking.

Probably needs a bathroom reno.Sliding door had a dodgy lock - wouldn't want to leave anything of value in the room just in case!

The room was fine, great shower, very accomadating with late check in, made it very easy.

Such friendly helpful staff & owners. Close to Centro plaza. Spa bath, pool, just lovely

I liked the ease of check in and check out. Clean and tidy room

The pool was closed and it was extremely disappointing given we had packed swimming gear. There was shouting at 3am Saturday morning and it woke us up. obviously not the inns fault but it's clientele. Given we did see a police officer walking around the grounds on friday. Apart from that it was accommodating enough for us.

The power to the fridge wasn’t switched on. We booked a spa room and there was no plug for the bath!

I arrived late and left early but they accommodated that to both our satisfaction

I don't like a shower in a bath or spa

I liked everything about my stay, comfy bed etc and also nice and clean and tidy

The lift was out of service for approx 3 days, had to carry all of our bags etc up 3 floors of stairs & one of the double power point didn't work, making it harder to charge phones etc

Spa bath not working, no toaster or bowls, had to ask for these. Expected there to be a Restaurant on site but after enquiring was told it had been closed

The room was very clean and tidy, including the kitchen and bathroom.

There were very few bathroom supplies, such as a shower cap or face washer. The room was very large but the space was not used well, and the arrangement of the furniture felt awkward.

Close to shopping centre

The fan cover in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months.The air conditioner/ heater filter hasn't been cleaned for quite awhile

Smoking provisions. King bed. Spa.

Parking hit and miss. Metal piece between tile and carpet sticking up. Squeaky ceiling fan, couldn’t use. Bed too low, back ache next day. Room not like booking photos.
