Location, very clean cabin, had everything we needed

Nothing, beautiful new cabin

Super comfortable 2 bedroom cabin, had everything we needed. Crisp sheets, comfortable beds. The kids entertainment options were seemingly endless, between the jumping pillow, indoor playground, outdoor playground, heated swimming pool and access to the river front we couldn’t go wrong. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

I wish we’d come across it sooner!

Lovely comfy cabin

The cabin itself was lovely — clean, tidy and very comfortable. We were happy with the room. It was quite hot during our stay, although there was a fan provided.Unfortunately, our overall experience was extremely upsetting.We had booked this park specifically because it advertised a waterslide. There was a sign that said “push button to turn slide on,” so my niece pressed the button. Other children also joined in. The gate to access the slide was locked, but it appeared jammed rather than secured, and there was no clear signage stating the slide was closed or unsafe. My niece accessed the slide area from another gate, going under orange flags, as none of us were aware the slide was not meant to be used.All the children were playing happily until the caretaker rushed over, turned everything off, and then approached me aggressively. He asked if she was my child and then repeatedly spoke to me in an angry and confrontational manner — not once, but three times. He kept saying, “If she gets sick, you’ll know what for,” implying the water was unsafe.There were no clear signs stating the slide was closed or that the water was unsafe. Other parents were also unaware. When I explained this, he responded that it was “common sense” not to go under the flags. I tried to explain that my niece has ADHD and that there was no proper signage, but he continued to speak angrily. He also approached my niece while she was in the pool asking where her parent was, even though her uncle was supervising her.We felt intimidated, uneasy and uncomfortable around him after this incident. Other parents came over to ask what had happened and were also unhappy, as their children had been on the slide too and no one else was spoken to.If the slide was closed or unsafe, there should have been clear signage and secure barriers, and this should have been communicated when booking. We were very disappointed as this was one of the main reasons we chose to stay.

Pleasant surprise when I entered my cabin with the air con on, as it was an extremely hot, windy, dusty day. I was able to hose down the dusty hired 4wd in preparation of returning it very early the next morning.

I had to go to Mildura for a Dr appointment Di went above and beyond to have our cabin ready early so I could rest after the drive It was very much appreciated

Good space and excellent kitchen

Peaceful location right on the river, fantastic facilities and amenities. Kids loved all the activities!

The room was quite dirty, floors not clean and spiders in the ceiling corners. Small bbq's at the room and throughout the park so took a long time to cook meals for a family

Everything, there’s easy accessible parking, plenty to do at the holiday park and the staff at reception were lovely and welcoming.

The park has great facilities for kids and is in a good location near the river. The cabins are nice and spacious and were very clean.

The cooling was not sufficient for 40+ degree temperatures. The bedrooms were extremely hot and we had to put mattresses on the floor in the living area for two nights to sleep. Once the temperature dropped we were able to sleep in the bedrooms. The park also needs a baby change table. For a family friendly park I was disappointed in there not being a change table. There is a corner in the toilet outside the indoor playroom, that could easily fit a change table and save us from changing nappies on the ground.

The reception staff were lovely. The cabin was roomy and very clean.

Loved everything just think there should have been a hand rail going up to the cabins. Check in staff lovely wish I had got her name.

Glasses were not clean. Had problems with air conditioning. They came straight over a lovely couple and thought it was working but still wasn't coming through in main area. Just put a bit of a dampener on the afternoon as it was so hot.

Really well maintained park with very friendly staff. The cabin we stayed in was spotless, and we loved how close it was to the Murray River. There’s also a small pool onsite, which was great. We just wished we’d stayed for more than one night, hopefully until next time!

Super clean, modern family cabin. Beds comfy - sooo good after a long day of travelling. Excellent playground, pool, slide and games facilities for the kids. Our kids had a great time and it was worth the stay. We usually pass through but wanted to use the facilities this time and we had a lovely stay - Thankyou.

Only issue for us personally was how hot the back room gets in the cabin from the arvo sun as the aircon doesn’t reach the back & the fan doesn’t help it! Which isn’t a big deal was the only thing we struggled with getting kids to sleep ect.

The cabin was clean and fairly new and had all the facilities we require for a one night stay.

Jam packed full of cool things to do for the kids, pool, indoor playground, waterslides were very much enjoyed. The superior cabins are lovely and modern, very spacious and there’s even a dishwasher which we loved.
