Chef Leonard & Julius morning Chef made sure that every request was made. Freda the Manager was outstanding. She accommodated our request in full details. Robert also did a great job (waiter). He deserves great recognition. This hotel knows how to bring the Xmas spirit to their guests. Freda deserves a raise!!!

We loved every bit of our stay. The food was amazing, and the staff were kind and super helpful. The WiFi connection was really good too. Please consider having a swimming coach and lifeguard on-site. Would have loved more kids' activities, but other than that, everything was perfect. Looking forward to coming back.

Please consider adding a bed and breakfast rate, as that's what most people go for.

The hotel was good and neat

When i made my booking via booking.com and the price I had booked with was for bed and breakfast only to arrive on the ground, and when paying, I was told the price was for bed only.My app was showing bed and breakfast and the hotel side it's showing bed only.Booking.com need to be honest and sincere to their clients. Am not sure of using booking.com in the future because of this dishonesty on their side

Everything. From the reception to food. I felt very welvome

The TV did not work. Luckily the WIFI was okay and i had my laptop.

Loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was quite good. Enjoyed our stay albeit brief.

The rooms had no air conditioning and it was quite hot. Good thing the staff brought us a fan when we mentioned it.

Breakfast was superb. Location was just great, walking distance from the town center but also in a quiet neighborhood.

Cost of breakfast was outlandishly expensive and we thought it included but they did not warn us that it was not included until after the breakfast

Stayed here after 3 days at Samburu Reserve, quick overnight before heading back to Nairobi. It was everything we were wanting - clean rooms, hot shower, great food, and a place to recharge. They even brought warm water bottle heaters to use if we wanted. Incredible!

The breakfast was amazing, coffee is freshly brewed, they provided fresh fruits Location is in a quiet environment; staff are friendly and very friendly.They provided hot water bottles at night.

My room was next to a very noisy generator.

Amazing food, amazing architecture! rooms are okay and meet comfort standards. Bed is very comfy with hot water warmers. Nice touch.

The hotel should ease the check-in process. Too much writing of details on paper. Use the details on booking.com and customers identification card/passport. The customer is only supposed to sign.
