Walls a bit thin

Bed is good, Tv is good, Hot water and ac are really good.

The distance between room and the carpark a bit too far for us.

The location is in the town centre.

no elevator. we booked two. One of room had bad smell and can’t not stay. Another room was not clean. We found some hair on the bed.

The room was gorgeous - small, but much more sophisticated than I expected for what I paid. They had room service, which i didn't expect.

No microwave! I had my dinner and breakfast with me, all ready to pop in the microwave, but there wasn't one! Also, we came in from the car park and the signage to accommodation wasn't great, and when we got there it was unattended and addressed us to 'staff in the hotel'. We went to the front bar, and were then redirected to the gaming room, where we had to wait at least another 5-10 minutes before being checked in.

Small room but very comfortable and being able to get room service was a bonus!

First time, a bit tricky checking-in.

We loved how clean and modern the rooms were. They have been renovated lovely with everything you need.

We were down near the laundry end so people would crash and bang down the back stairs. Think it was staff. This happened late at night and early in the morning.

Had everything we needed including things we forgot to bring on the trip e.g. shower cap, shaver etc. The little things. Room well refurbished.

Friendly staff with clean rooms and a central location.

The only thing that could be improved is a secure carpark (big ask).

Clean, modern and friendly staff. Food at pub was great too!

Made the best out of the room size, Great pub food, comfy, clean.

Staff seemed a bit stressed out and unprofessional, location very loud on 3 main roads and noise from outside fans

The rooms had been beautiful refurbished which gave them a clean chic feel.

I choose this hotel due to the ratings and to rest for a night before a long driving day the following day. It was distributive and noisy. Unfortunately you could hear all of the drinking patrons down below in the beer garden. I understand that it is a licensed premises and that it was a public holiday the following day and patrons would be enjoying themselves however I though that possibly there could of been more consideration for the sleeping guests upstairs.

Location was very good with easy access to city center. As part of the hotel, access to bars and meals were easy and a reasonable standard. The room was well appointed (Telly and stocked bar fridge and snacks) with very good bathroom and toiletries to a high standard.

The main bedroom was a little cramped

Staff were friendly, the room was great and good value. Would stay again!

Hot water wasn’t great, in taps or shower

This pubstay hotel is well equipped, is well located and has everything you need

Too many decorative cushions on the bed and the bed linen, etc too heavy/ warm for the hot weather during our stay. A but OTT?

No lift had a broken ankle struggled with stairs

The room was a little small. Not much space to move

Comfortable clean rooms, plenty of parking, friendly staff and a fabulous restaurant and dinning area

Enjoyed my stay

We had stayed there about 5 years ago and it was clean but very outdated. What a surprise we got when we opened the door to our room!! Congratulations on the renovation, it is beautiful! Being able to get a great coffee in the cafe downstairs in the morning was also a bonus

The property was excellent, the room was newly refurbished so modern with many comforts like usb c charging points in the power points, tv that is linked to the hotel showing menus etc, comfy and clean room, the ensuite was clean and modern with plenty of complementary soap, washes, toothbrushes, shaving kits etc. The mini bar was full stocked also which is good for a change. The staff were excellent, very helpfull and accomodating, the hotel food was delicious as was the ‘Pantry’ cafe located onsite also for all your breakfast needs.The ONLY negative is that there is no secure car parking.
