The lady at check in was really friendly.

No iron provided in the room, had to use one in the laundry room which is inconvenient. Giant cobweb and a spider in the room. Room had a musty smell, which could have been the old carpet.

Spacious room , clean and quiet location

Convenient on highway.Rooms are basic and clean.No privacy due to curtains.Pub Restaurant, usual pub fare.

No privacy in rooms, due to block out curtains.Pillows and mattresses need an update.

excellent staff assistance with items left behind, chasing up items and changing check in time to an hour earlier.

I really like that its out of town which means not much traffic or noise. Spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Breakfast was great too! Staff friendly and upgraded due to the room I booked wasn't available due to upgrades

The bed was very hard

Clean comfortable room, dining room close. Helpful happy staff.

Lovely contemporary styled clean room with king size comfortable bed. Very efficient air conditioning. Easy parking. Great restaurant on site.

Would have loved another bedside lamp, there was only one bedside light for a large king size bed so only one of us had a light for reading at night.

Meals and breakfast were nice

Beds amazing. The food was lovely. Nice size room.

The quietness was awesome. And the fact you didn't have to walk a mile to eat at the Vegas restaurant. For tea and breakfast. The bathroom was modern and looked really nice.

The carpets was quite stained . Might consider a upgrade. The beds was lovely made but even though comfortable I think upgrade them would really make the room awesome.

The rooms were spotless and spacious

We didn’t appreciate the loud music from a live band on Sunday afternoon which we were not told about

Room was spacious and had all the necessities comfortable beds and I liked the chairs and table so didn't need to sit on the bed walk in shower safe for my elderly mum, great value for money.

Quite noisy during the day, room next door could hear their conversation and music but fine overnight so that was the most important thing.

Clean room, good food and convenient location.

I had a bit of trouble when I had to change my booking from booking.com but eventually managed to change the booking……

Nice clean room. Good air-conditioning. Onsite bistro that does fabulous meals. Complimentary continental breakfast. Spacious parking allocated out front of rooms. Easy access. Bottle-shop on site.

Small shower cubicle but really it’s no big deal unless you’re a larger person. Bit of a drive to get to the shops.

Cleanliness, and quiet,meals great, staff friendly.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was basically useless,didn’t remove toiletery smells. Picky yes but important.

Rooms were OKFood was Lovely

Very disappointing that Breakfast was Not included.with our stay, had to pay extra. Staff were Unwelcoming and Not interested in serving us at the bar or Meal Service.

Restaurant was excellent

$150 a night for a single bed is just a rip off but that’s Whyalla right now

Modern rooms, comfortable beds, excellent service, dinner was really nice
