Location and friendly staff Good having a washer and dryer

Wifi signal was terrible, need to have stronger internet service, Blinds are broken and can¿t open them in all rooms. Air conditioning didn¿t work in the main bedroom Lots of ants inside

The unit had all that we needed and was very clean. Everything worked, and it was good value for money. We would happily use this accommodation again.

The only thing that I can put down, and it was very minor, the hand basin taps had to be turned off very tightly to stop them from leaking.

Glad to get a room at the last minute. Most were booked out.

Cleanliness was mostly OK but I had to clean the mirror myself and the dust inside the cupboards has been there a long time.

Loved that I was the only guest present in the group of about ten rooms -despite Booking.com suggesting there were only 4 rooms left during the booking process.

Not being able to get my water bottles under the tap in the bathroom.

We waited 30 minutes to check-in as no one was in the office. The room had a bad smell / Musky smellThe shower head was like, "Having a shower with a pressure washer."

A 1970’s nostalgia. The rooms were really clean and neat, with a little lounge area and microwave The person in charge happily drove in and handed us out key, went with us so we could check the room before we committed to it. Happy to help out, a bit like you would expect but seldom get in some of these places.The bed was up there with one of the most comfortable in recent history ( had more than 140 nights last year in hotels for work and leisure) The water pressure in the shower would be good enough to strip paint off a car if you want.

The towels were probably the only let down for the one night we were there, with a strange smell, possibly from being put away slightly damp (I didn’t notice on mine but my wife’s towel was a bit funky, or perhaps it was only after she used it!)

Way to much light coming into the room at night, Bed is almost like sleeping on concrete

Mold in bathroom dead lock safety lock was broken

the bed was queensize.

The air con was extremely noisy. The shower didn't work until I removed the showerhead.

Broken tv remote, unable to see tv from the bed, no toaster

Staff was very friendly and even gave us a free upgrade. The upgraded room was a much-needed luxury after a long journey that made hitting the road early a lot easier after a full night's rest.

The convenience was good and air con worked great, room size was good, staff were good

Mould on bathroom mat and hardly any water pressure, milk was outdated but resolved quickly

Staff were amazing. We arrived to advice there had been a mix up with our booking, but the motel had already resolved the issue & booked us into the lovely motel rooms behind the nearby pub with the motel picking up the difference in cost during this busy weekend in Whyalla. We were sorry to not be able to complete our stay where we booked, but really appreciated the fab service.

Quiet

Just out of town, quiet, pub just down the road

Highly met more than our expectations- very clean, well equipped - nice and quiet location despite being just off the main road - excellent value for money. Amazing shower!

Couch very uncomfortable and the bed was a bit lumpy to sleep on - no breakfast option - no staff presence however that was due to the hours we checked in and out.

Comfortable and clean and budget freindly for a good stay.

Just need to provide cereal bowls for breakfast but good options to go out for breaky in town.

Good location and room was in decent, clean order. It certainly met my expectations. Staff were very friendly, which helps a lot when choosing such accommodation.

Concrete paths were fretting and need replacement at some stage.

Comfortable, clean unit with parking at the door.

The lighting inside the unit needs to be brighter, stronger globes would be a real plus and enhance what is otherwise a good budget motel.

I've stayed here before. I always feel safe and it is clean and comfortable. Staff are nice.
