I liked to room and the facilities in the room. Room was clean and comfortable.Worth for the money. Every thing working and met my expectations.

In the booking app facilities description, is says the pool is heated. But the pool area needs to have more attention. It was NOT heated as mentioned. Not much facilities in the pool area

We organised checkin via telephone /internet as we arrived late, doors required access codes, not keys.The room was clean, tidy and roomy. We were there only one night, but the bed was comfortable enough for a longer stay. There is a restaurant onsite and the meals were generous.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, secure, door with code, the pool an added bonus since we were there on very hot days. Nice to have inner sanction where we sat for our breakfast at round table and chairs. (Inside had desk one office chair and 2 stools under bench) Aircon worked well. Didn’t use restaurant but it looked popular on weekend.

Couch not that comfortable. Room could do with refreshing and outdoor furniture around pool could be improved. Inner garden looking dry.

The beds were comfortable and bathroom well set out and room well equipped.

Pool area dated, no lounges and pool fence was dirty and pool steps slippery.Did love the pool as a hot day.Back door was old and hard to open and could not be locked from outside.

No breakfast supplied as stated when we booked . No restaurant open was told not enough people booked in . Very disappointed.

The staff are without a fault of being the friendliest, most attentive. The restaurant has lovely food.

The hotel room was very average, cracks in the walls, uncomfortable beds they have been use so many times they have groves where people have laid. The bathroom was small as, hardly any air flow in the toilet/bathroom. The hot water had to be left to run for ages before it even got hot. The outside area was disgusting, the garden isn't anything like the photos shown nor is the pool. The pool is actually unsafe with no handrails to get out the pool via the small steps at the shallow end. The walls around the pool have cracks that haven't been repaired, the pool itself needs work as there are broken tiles. The photos that display this hotel need to be re-done to show the true location not the previous maintained location.

The property was in poor condition. There were leaks in the taps everywhere, dirt, and the setup was so bad I couldn't even use the bathroom properly. The shower water leaked out into the bathroom, and there was only a curtain to cover it while bathing. It was an extremely disappointing experience. This was my seventh time staying at Comfort Inn, and all my previous stays at other locations were great, so I booked this one expecting the same quality.Additionally, I was told that breakfast was included when I booked, but there was nothing in the room. When I called the reception, I couldn’t get a clear answer. I really wish I could get a refund for this stay. Booking apps should inspect properties to ensure they meet their advertised conditions. My stay was a very unpleasant one

The rooms had m/w and cooking facilities.

The rooms are quite small. The chef was on holidays so no morning breakfast except for the manager putting out a continental spread. One bedlight didn’t work, we told the staff but no replacement was given.

Restaurant was amazing! Room service brilliant! Cooling was great over the hot weekend.

No room service over the weekend wasn’t ideal especially when you have 40 degree weather and require change of towels etc. would be good to note in your bathrooms where the sign says ‘leave towels on floor for replacement’ as the toilet and shower are so close together. The towels were replaced after contacting staff so thank you for that. Breakfast included’ I think people would expect something from the restaurant not small takeaway style packs reminded me of primary school.

Mosquitoes in bathroom, but spray was provided. Short water spout in sink, making it hard to fill bottles etc.
