Good location easy walk to restaurants and hotels.Clean and comfortable bed and parking out the front. Laundry on site.

A bit of traffic noise.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was very well appointed and had a microwave and toaster and extras you really needed when travelling. Car parking directly outside the room. Security pass cards for the room and security lock in gates overnight for added protection.

I ended up in a twin room and the bed kept travelling away from the wall a lot during the night and the mattress was comfy. However, I had forgotten that the motel is set on a set of thru Port Augusta traffic lights and hence air brakes when all night along with the heavy pull of the trucks.

Close to main street that is too noisy all evening. Kitchenette without cooking top.

Noisy, traffic noise and unruly children in neighbouring room. Their clan decided to visit late at night, 10 pm, talking loudly and the kids were still running around and 'playing'.Did not confront them for fear of reprisal.Unfortunately we had two nights next to them.

Good menu and food available for breakfast / staff very nice / basically clean enough

Easy to find. Overall very clean and attention to detail. Good size shower area. Friendly staff. Currently installing an entire ‘football field’ of solar power panels on the property’s roofs !!!

The property would benefit enormously by replacing carpeted floors with a washable surface (eg linoleum) as the carpet is not of an acceptable standard. Only one other booking that night and he was placed in the adjacent room . The guest was making international calls throughout the night and speaking outside for improved reception. Not the properties fault but why book two rooms right next to each other when there are dozens of others from which to choose.

The place was secure with gates and well lit up.

There were lots of people fighting and yelling outside the Motel. Lucky the police turned up to push the people away.

The kitchen and laundry is combined (unsure as to the legality of this initiative) with few utinesels and no frying pan; just a few pots.

The family room was clean and comfortable, perfect for an overnight stay. Property was also secure with gates.

The beds were comfortable and clean.

The hotel fares were not fair. It should have been at least 30 dollars less per night they charged us which was 161 per night.The kitchen was not open in the morning just when we needed to make breakfast for us.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff was exceptional. They were very supportive and attentive. The location was convenient, close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and a scenic lookout point. It's a fantastic budget friendly option for anyone visiting Port Augusta.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great for a quick one night stay.

Can be noisy with trucks as it is right on the main road.

We thought this was a great place, very friendly counter staff who accommodated our pet cat. We use all blankets on the bed and clean up with a vacuum so it was the perfect stay for us. They launder crisp bed linen and pillows are also washed. Theres a laundry onsite for guests.booking.com says no pets but just ring them to advise. It's a $20 additional fee and $50 refundable bond. The pub across the road had fabulous food too which was a hotel recommendation. There's a fabulous OTR across the road.We will recommend this motel to adf friends as many travel thru with a pet.

Suggestion to staff that when using bleach products, to air the room afterwards as the smell is quite potent.

Paper plates & bowls. We used them for dinner at night and had nothing for breakfast in the morning

Great Location. The staff were super efficient and friendly. The facilities were great giving you lots of options for cooking eating outside etc. Lots of valuable information provided eg. food outlets styles of cuisine take away dine in or delivery available.

The only thing I wasn't impressed by was the outside lights under the eaves being on all night throwing light into my room I feel they could be turned off around midnight.
