I was not happy& won’t be staying again
The permanent residents that are staying there were noisy all night so I had very little sleep. Their was no consideration for other guests at all.
Close to my route on the highway. That’s it!
Did not see any member of staff. Had to ring a number to check in and it was only 4.30 in the afternoon. Not exactly made to feel welcome. Rooms needed maintenance.
It was clean
Very old motel needing some refurbishment. Had disposable coffee cups which I didn't like
As there was a mess up with the booking and we could not stay at this exact motel we were moved to another hotel standpipe run by the same company with an upgrade with no extra charge was a really nice stay
Being booked in to the motel when there was no more availability. We were so grateful though the company were able to sort us accommodation at their other motel
Good location
Microwave great but no cutlery now. Must get stolen. Maybe wooden pack? I suggest bring your own.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was a mixup in the booking where the person went out of his way to fix the issue. Quite happy with the service provided.
If need to complain the parking which was a bit too open. But really not an issue.
Quiet little motel with friendly service. Good size room clean and tiedy. Beds were good to sleep on. A good night sleep.
Had laundry facilities. 1 washer 1 drier. Bbq you could use. Room was mostly clean.
Noisy from traffic and service station. Wet Toilet tissue on the floor in bathroom made me feel like the place wasn’t clean even though it was actually clean and dust free. Dated and old. Not worth 120 a night when compared to the other motel I stayed night before for 106 which was exceptional. No staff on site. Had to call a number and my room was open with key left inside.
Good room layout
The highway names have been changed. When using google maps, turn right at the OTR BP servo as it's a divided road.
This was easy to get to and quiet and comfortable. They had coffee and biscuits in the room. The bunks were adequate for the size of the teenagers.
This property does not have street appeal and I was a little worried pulling into it. The location ended up being quiet and safe. We had to ring to reception when we arrived as they were not in the office.
It was easy to check in and the location was close to the main road. Excellent water pressure!
The amenities were very basic and you had to close the bathroom door to use the kettle and microwave. I don’t think it justifies $120/night.
Reasonable price and helpful staff. We reached late night 11:30 even though staff very helpful
It was pet friendly, this is my second stay in 6 weeks.
There was no one at the reception, you had to ring a number and talk over the phone an the key was left in your room. An not keen on drinking out of paper cups with hot drinks.
Nice to pull in right at the door, well situated, comfortable, bonus being allowed to have our dog. Thanks for providing bug spray?
A screen door would efficiently have kept the mosquitos out.
I like that the dog friendly room was located where there was an area outside that made it easier to have a dog as well as Pooh bags+ bin provided. The room was old but very clean. The 24hr servo nearby actually has fantastic toasted sandwiches
I didn’t really like having to call a number+ wait to find out what room I was in when I got there. Also, the room being open seems odd+a bit unsafe
It was great that i could have my service dog with me.
I know it was a pet friendly room but it had a funny smell so i used my own can of glen 20 to get rid of the smell.
