Room seemed very old/dated and not very clean.

There was the sound of changing metal behind my room. Not sure what it was and it's not the hotels fault.

NOTHING. We couldnt/wouldnt/didnt even stay here.

After a 5 hr drive from Adelaide, we were just looking to have a shower and a good nights sleep. But on checking the room out, we were horrified at the condition of the room. There was no screen door, cobwebs all round the door and window. There was a hole in the bathroom door, paint peeling off the walls, the towel rail was almost falling off and the towels were falling apart. But what was far worse was the disgusting state of the mattress. It had a huge stain on it, and the I wouldnt even let my dog sleep on it (if I had a dog). We ended up ringing Booking.com to complain. The owner came round to see what was the problem and when I showed her the stain on the bed her excuse was "we had party people here last week, they must have spilled something on the mattress, The cleaners must have missed it". She also said "next time ring me first (there wont BE a next time lady). "We are a family owned business and pride ourselves in a good reputation.". We found alternate accommodation close by.

Convenient location, bed was comfortable, but room was quite small. Nowhere to fill the kettle unless you walked to the laundry?

Friendly reception, nice wide parking space, clean, comfortable beds. Day/night blinds were good for the right amount of light, and a ceiling fan was a nice bonus.

Stayed over as a stop over from a very long trip. The bed was very uncomfortable. Woke up sore and tired.

Small rooms not the cleanest bathroom But good location

Quiet part of town but with easy access to supermarket and great eating places. Felt secure.

Just stay 1 night for our road trip to Alice Springs. Staff is friendly and gives us good suggestion for food next door at Hotel Augusta. Actually steak in Australia is delicious, highly recommended. It will be nice if staff lets us know we have to pay for drinks/milk in the frig :)
