Loved the location. Can see water, walk along path and right next to park. Washer and Dryer were an added bonus!

The room was very clean, bed very comfortable and we loved the private deck looking out to the garden and river. Security were visibly present later at night which was also a positive. Room was very accessible from our carpark.

Walking distance from the esplanade, supermarket and town centre.

The unit had everything we needed. Good to have a washing machine dryer. The apartment are a bit dated and in need of a touch up

Good size appt for the price

Their were ants all over the kitchen, even after spraying they returned. The aircon unit did not sufficiently cool the appt. There needed to be a separate aircon in the other bedroom. It was sweltering in thereThe security gate was broken. There needs to be security or a life guard supervising the pool area. Large amounts of kids disobeying the clearly marked rules, forcing adult guests to avoid the facilities.

The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable.

I stayed in one of the rear apartments on the ground floor which actually faces one of the streets which is semi-industrial. There was noise coming from vehicular traffic, foot traffic and early one windy morning there was a metallic clanging sound every 30 seconds from about 4am!No restaurant is a bit of a minus plus pre-billing my card $50 'in case' I use any hotel amenities I felt was unnecessary, especially to be told it could take a month for the credit to be applied to my business expense card when I didn't use any services. So I now have an expense sitting on my work card without a tax invoice which then requires explaining to my employer.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The bed was excellent. The room was large & light filled. I like that the toiletries provided seemed of good quality and included hair conditioner. We appreciated the EV charger in the parking area.

The fridge in the room was loud at night.

Disabled parking out front of room when no disabled visitors, so had to find parking not too far away.

Everything. Location close to shops and overlooking the water. Apartment clean and tidy. Layout really good with bathroom separating the two bedrooms. Kitchen well appointed.

Fantastic location; secure facility; Comfortable bed and a generous size room and well equipped kitchenette.

No allocated parking spots resulting in indiscriminate parking.

Lovely and clean. Spacious bathroom included washing machine & dryer. Twin room beds were comfortable. Quiet location.

Room a bit small for two adults. Lack of space for personal items. Room needed to be aired as smell of cleaning material used was very strong.

The location is very close to restaurants, bars and the river. Great to go for a walk and to go out for dinner. The room is very spacious. The shower and bathroom are spacious as well, modern and clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is room for parking your car, but sometimes it will be away from the room.

Comfortable beds. Easy checkin and checkout. Able to park right in front of the apartment. AC and heat worked well. Shower worked well. Laundry facilities a plus. (although noisy). Tight kitchenette with everything you needed except for a stove/oven which the microwave substitutes for.

Had to park outside gate and walk into reception/ check in area beyond the gate. Wasn't quite sure how that worked originally.
